The living room has leather furniture and 50 inch Xfinity cable HDTV with DVD player. The master bedroom has a queen bedroom suite, walk-in closet, HDTV and private bath. The second bedroom also has a queen bedroom suite, walk-in closet, HDTV and private bath. The third bedroom has twin beds, HDTV and a work desk for your laptop. Comcast secure WIFI is also included. The gallery kitchen features all new appliances and cabinets as well as new dishware, tableware, cookware and cooking utensils. The villa has been completely renovated to like new condition inside and out. The new impact windows and doors afford a virtually soundproof inside environment when it's time for that afternoon nap. You also can enjoy the tropically landscaped enclosed courtyard with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, new propane gas grill and even a fountain or stroll to the beach or a nearby restaurant. The secluded courtyard provides privacy however, step outside and you are right in the middle of dozens of wonderful restaurants and a variety of shops. The villa has Direct HDTV's, WIFI, and washer and dryer for your convenience. Each bedroom has a private bath and the galley kitchen is perfect for cooking or just preparing a light meal. This villa is a great value that is close to the beach and all other activities.
