The space
We are so excited to share this GORGEOUS brand-new home with stunning views of the valley and Pacific Ocean from all the rooms. The entire front of the house is glass and opens to a 30' infinity pool, outdoor showers and inset firepit area. The beautiful exterior gardens invite guests to be part of nature as they relax in luxury. Enjoy the interior garden courtyard while you swing in the hanging wicker chair and feel the gentle breezes or relax in the sun loungers on the pool deck.

This home has 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and can sleep 8 people with comfort. The Primary bedroom has a large bathroom and shower with private entrance to a secluded garden. Each bedroom has a full glass wall and direct access to deck. For guests who like to sleep in, black out curtains are provided. The living room opens up onto the pool deck for a truly immersive experience.

This special location was chosen from among many as an area to provide guests a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the local communities, a place to come for privacy, to enjoy listening to the howler monkeys, watch the wild flocks of parakeets circle at sunset and enjoy cool mountain breezes. The architect has uniquely designed this house to take advantage of ambient lighting and cross-breezes from the valley. While there are air conditioning units in each room, many people have found that they are not needed. This is one level living at its best- easy access to all rooms, gardens and pool area!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
This house is located on a mountain with steep inclines. Many people live in this community and regularly travel the roads without issue. The house sits on the side of the mountain with an unprotected steep drop. Children and pets should always be supervised by an adult. The pool is not gated but we have provided a pool alarm system that can be turned on/off as needed.
**Guests are advised that the pool is shallow and not suitable for diving. Engaging in diving, roughhousing or any unsafe behavior in or around the pool area is strictly prohibited. By using the pool, guests agree that the property owners are not liable for any injuries resulting from unsafe actions, including but not limited to diving or roughhousing. Guests are responsible for their safety and the safety of others in their group. Thank you for prioritizing safety and respecting property rules!

The house itself is on a mountain overlooking Playa Garza & Playa Guiones. It is 2 miles from the beaches of Garza (20minute drive) and 7 miles to the beaches of Guiones (25 minute drive), this area is what most people know as NOSARA. I usually use the Guilded Iguana Beach Resort as my "pin" when heading to town because it is centrally located and right off of the beach. These coastal town roads can be challenging and narrow. We always recommend renting ATVs/ SUVs or a 4-wheel drive vehicle. It is important to pay attention while driving.
