I live in Long Beach, New York and grew up going to the beach every weekend. From the time I was 14 years old, I asked my parents to buy me a surfboard for every birthday and every Christmas. Each time they said no. So the 1st thing I bought myself out of college (even before a car!) was a 7'2' used surfboard. A few years later, I took my first trip out of the United States to Mexico and that is when the travel bug to Central America and the eventual dream to buy property and someday live in Central America hit me. Ever since that trip I have scoured real estate websites all around Latin America to find affordable yet perfect beach front property.

The Guiones Beach Club has become the most desirable area to stay or live in Playa Guiones. You are away from all the construction noise and all of the density of north Guiones but still close enough to the action to ride your bike to the restaurants. Verano Eterno has many trees around the permieter of the property to allow maximum privacy and peace for you and your guests! Verano Eterno also backs up to farmland so there are no neighbors behind you aside from some grazing cows! Between being located in the gated community of Guiones Beach Club and Verano Eterno being built with security in mind, Casa Verano Eterno is probably one of the only houses in Playa Guiones | Playa Pelada that hasn't been broken into at one point or another in recent years. It is EXTEMELY SECURE and SAFE! I have been coming to Playa Guiones 50-60 days per year for the past 15 years. It has obviously changed ALOT but I still feel the same as i did when I first came here in 2002. The more time I spend in Nosara the more I want to spend even more time here. It truly is a magical place!

I designed this house myself (obviously with help from the architect and builder). This is my vision. There are a lot of new houses being built with a modern flair around Nosara. Personally, I have always liked colonial Spanish stucco homes. So I wanted the home to be designed as a contemporary Spanish colonial home which is what my architect did. High ceilings which allow for a lot of air circulation to keep things cool. Below are some of the features of the home that I think make it different than most if not all rental homes in Nosara
Amazing and consistent wifi from Cable Tica; the entire home and property has wifi available because of Google mesh system with 7 access points located around the home
Privacy & Quiet
Separate domiciles-privacy and quiet when you need it or want it with lots of common areas when you want to be part of the group (each bedroom is its own unit)
each mattress is a 4 Seasons mattress as are the pillows providing all guests with an excellent sleeping experience!

amazing pool-always perfect temperature and has endless pool feature ("pool treadmill")
huge master bedroom patio with amazing mountain views
