This unique, private mountain retreat sits inside Mount Falcon Park, within a gated community. 9 miles to Red Rocks (or a 3 mile hike), 19 mi to Golden, 20 mi to Denver, and ski resorts within 75 mi. Enjoy the pool, hot tub, decks and patios with spectacular views! Want more fun? Also offered: basketball court, BBQ, weight room and so much wildlife! Hiking trail within and adjacent to property. Plenty of parking on property, but garage is not available.

All on premise: huge swimming pool, salt water hot tub, billiards, outdoor ping pong, trail access, outdoor sports court, indoor weight room, and most importantly - SMILES!!
