REMODELED WITH STYLE! As you step inside, you'll be captivated by the inviting ambiance created by the folding cabana glass doors, connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces. They reveal a private backyard pool and spa, recently finished with pebble tec, where you can enjoy the umbrella-shaded patio seating. Lounge chairs beckon you to bask in the warm California sun, while the sizzling aroma of a barbecue grill tantalizes your taste buds. The flip-up window with a pass-through bar between the kitchen and pool area adds convenience and style. Additional charges apply to heat the large pool up to 84 degrees, with advance notice to the Owner.


SPACIOUS KITCHEN & DINING! The Carlsbad Beachy Lagoon Getaway features a cathedral ceiling kitchen and impressive island with seating for six and new stainless steel appliances. It seamlessly opens to the front living room with a large 75" smart TV and comfy sectional seating for your entertainment needs. Next to the kitchen is an airy dining room with seating for eight and a beautiful stone stacked fireplace, creating an inviting atmosphere for gatherings that opens up to the pool area.


COMFY BEDROOMS! This 6-bedroom retreat offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The primary bedroom on the second floor boasts a spacious view deck measuring over 500 square feet, providing panoramic views of the lagoon edge and hills. It features a Cal king-sized bed, accompanied by a 65" smart TV. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups with full-sized bunk beds, while the third and fourth bedrooms offer comfortable queen-sized beds. On the ground floor are two more bedrooms with Cal King and Queen beds, both with adjoining bathrooms that feature a shower and separate soaking tub. Bathrooms are elegantly tiled in soothing tones with fresh décor and linens.

We had a blast last week. My family got together to celebrate my mom and dad's 70th wedding anniversary, and many of us stayed at this wonderful home very close by.My daughters asked me to earmark this property for another time. It had everything we needed to have one of our special meals together here, as we grilled salmon, chicken breasts, and T-bone steaks, and made all the rest of a wonderful meal for 23 people. Wow! We have had many family reunions at many homes around San Diego County, but finally we found one that had enough bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate 12 of us very comfortable. 7 minute drive to my mom and dad's house, and that's a record too.Thank you, Cyndi, for being such a gracious host, and helping us make this event easy, comfortable, and happy!In a couple of years, we will be gathering again for my dad's 100th birthday...

This house fitted our needs perfectly. We had a group of 10 in town for a college graduation. There was plenty of space to sleep and it was wonderful being able to just hang out by the pool all day together. The kitchen is well stocked for a group that likes to cook. The location is fantastic being near La Costa resort and a short 10 minute drive to some of our favorite beach towns. We wish we could stay longer!

Great place to stay

We stayed here with a group of soccer players, and it was absolutely perfect. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was a big hit. The kitchen had everything we needed to host multiple families with ease. The host was responsive and easy to work with—answered all our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing home with everything needed there for our family of 6! Love the neighborhood as well. The pool and hot tub were perfect for us. The owner was wonderfully communicative and helpful. We did have an ants issue but she jumped on it and got them taken care of with an exterminator. Unfortunately stuff happens but she got it taken care of. We would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend to everyone. Thanks for a wonderful week in San Diego!

The property was so much more than we expected. I would list this house as having three primary bedrooms. The two suited bedrooms downstairs had very large bathrooms customarily attached to primary bedrooms. The dining room was very comfortable for a large family. The pool and spa were outstanding and the pool water was a comfortable temperature not needing to be heated. The house and grounds were very clean and all the furniture, kitchen supplies etc were spotless. I only wish we could have spent more time at the house. We were in town for a wedding at the golf resort which was very close. Walking distance for some of our group. There also is a supermarket and restaurant just a minute or two away by car or walkable if you like. The host were very quick to respond to my pre stay questions. I give this house and the hist five stars only because I don’t have the option to give more. I would come back to this again without hesitation.

Great property that accommodated our family of 8. The large folding patio doors and retractable kitchen window provided a great breeze throughout the house. Gorgeous Home, Perfect for Entertaining!

We rented this gorgeous home in February 2024, and had a fantastic time. Lots of room for entertaining with the spacious living room containing a large TV, expansive dining area and huge kitchen with many barstools. The pool area is inviting and immaculate. The kids loved the spa! Also, although we didn’t utilize it, we were pleased to discover we could have heated the entire pool if we wanted to. We had family friends join us in the home, we ordered food from local dinner options, and everyone played board games at the large kitchen table. They brought their little ones and it was nice to see the home had kid toys, games, and a pack-n-play. We stayed with my 2 teenagers, a family friend, my mom and my husband and I, and we all had plenty of room to spread out, with everyone having their own room. My teenagers shared the room with the bunk beds, and it was nice that the beds were larger than usual with a bunk bed situation. Also, the three bathrooms - one downstairs, one upstairs, and one in the master bedroom suite, allowed everyone to have their own personal space. The home was located in a quiet neighborhood, with really kind neighbors, surprisingly close to everywhere we wanted to travel, despite being so far north. We had no trouble getting to and from the airport and the zoo. The host was communicative and helpful within the VRBO app, answering my questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks again for hosting us.

Beautifully remodeled

There was a few downsides to the house. It's somewhat close to the coast but not enough to get a great coastal breeze. There is no AC, so got extremely hot and a little too warm to sleep well. Large master bedroom, w/big deck with a fan, ceiling fan did not work. Room with the bunk is very tight in there, no fans at all and small window so my kid was incredibly hot. The 2 other rooms had ceiling fans which was nice. Downstairs there are no fans at all, i had every window open. It would be nice to have some type of air circulation when the house reaches 78 degrees inside. The pool was nice, the 1st day we had the pool heated the heater stopped so the kids couldn't night swim as planned. We waited for the pool person to come next day very late in the afternoon to fix. The pool light came completely out in the spa and scared my husband and I, as we thought that was a hazard for the electrical cord to be showing. We had planned on swimming all night Friday and BBQing. But the pool was cold and the BBQ tank was empty. We had to order out after going to the store to get items to BBQ. The owner brought a tank the next morning. The BBQ was dirty and there was a food item that looked like animal poop. We cpuld not get the BBQ to work, it was heavily dirty and we had to take it apart and clean it just for it to stay lit. I did pick up after someones small dog droppings in the dirt yard as i had my dog, pool toys are all popped, few roaches in the kitchen and silver fish upstairs.
