Huge single family home in the Ocean City Historic District, convenient to everything. Prices shown are for 1st & 2nd floors (5 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms) to sleep 14 people. For additional $850 you may rent 3rd floor as an add on to sleep an additional 6 people. You'll have the whole house to yourselves, the third floor may not be rented on its own. NOT AVAILABLE FOR SENIOR WEEK OR PROM PARTIES.
Large spacious rooms, central air on the first two floors, 9’ ceilings, super well equipped kitchen, tankless hot water system, outdoor shower with warm water, full use of garage, 3 off street parking spaces, 10 beach tags included with rental, fenced in yard (pet friendly), 4-5 adult bikes, 10-12 beach chairs, gas grill, lawn furniture, 2 high chairs, port-a-crib & pack-n-play, WIFI, TVs in each room, blue-ray players, beach cart, wagon, grocery cart, games, puzzles and sand toys!
The house is only three blocks from the beach/boardwalk & two blocks to Asbury Ave., a wonderful downtown shopping district with charming shops and great restaurants. Location is within easy walking distance to Tabernacle, the boardwalk,, 6th St. Surfing Beach, tennis courts, playgrounds, churches and Acme grocery store. Park your car in the garage & leave it for the week. Bikes are provided with the rental and are an easy way to run errands without getting in & out of a hot car.
First Floor: open floor plan with centrally located dining room (seats 20), front living room, side family room, one bedroom on first floor off the front living room, a laundry area off the kitchen with full bath (shower stall) & covered back porch with steps to a fenced in back yard. Second Floor: 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths (one with a tub, one with a walk in shower). Third floor: (a $850 add-on to bottom rental) has inside and outside access. Third floor includes two bedrooms, efficiency kitchen and a full bath with shower stall. Third floor kitchen has a 17 c.f. refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee pot (dishes, cereal bowls, mugs & silverware). For safety reasons there's no oven or stove in the 3rd fl. kitchen. Front porch is 10' x 36' with glass dining table to seat 6, cushioned seating for 7 & 2 rocking chairs.

Perfect Place to Stay in OCNJ

Host was excellent! They provided us with lots of information ahead of time, so we knew what was available and what we needed to pack. Rooms were exactly as pictured and described. So enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and meeting a couple of the neighbors. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Perfect family rental

We visited off season for a race with our 4 young children and the house was great. The living space was large, plenty of child friendly amenities available. The rooms were as listed, and very comfortable. Blinds on all the windows. The back yard was great for the kids to play and run. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent

We total 15 people including kids stayed in this house for memorial day weekend. It is a beautiful house, very well kept, very clean and everything nicely labeled in the house. Homeowner Chris is very nice person, she always communicated with us, and gave us the information we needed. She made sure house is clean before we go there and gas tank is full for grill. I will definetly recommend this house. It is ver close to board walk and resturants.

Family Beach birthday weekend

Wonderful!!! We loved everything about this house and the time we spent there. House is in a great location with a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. House had everything that we could possibly need and more. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Lots of space for everyone. kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal for 10 people. Nice outdoor shower which is great coming back from the beach or just for the kids to have a fun shower. Great backyard with a bbq grill and plenty of space to enjoy. No need to bring any beach gear, there was a nice supply and choice of anything you would need at the beach in the garage. And my favorite was the beautiful front porch, big with lots of seating and tables, even ceiling fans. We did have to bring our own sheets and towels which was not a problem, I kind of prefer my own anyway. And having a washer and dryer in the house was a great benefit. As soon as I inquired about the property the owner reached out to me and I spoke to her several times with some general questions. Chris was wonderful to talk to and work with. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone and I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again in the near future. Thank you Chris for helping to make our family celebration perfect!

Great place to vacation

My family and I booked a last minute vacation. Kathy was extremely easy to work with and we were able to get the details worked out quickly. The house had EVERYTHING needed for a beach vacation: Chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, toys, bikes, well stocked kitchen/bar. The front porch was awesome. We had plenty of beds and bedrooms, even a first floor bedroom that was great for my mom who isn't great on the stairs. Location was perfect. Close the boardwalk, close to the stores, a block from Acme. Highly recommend this house.

Wonderful Large Family Vacation Home!

This home is truly a gem in Ocean City New Jersey. The home is very spacious and comfortably handled our crew of 8 adults, 5 children and 3 dogs. It was the perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms for us. The kitchen is large and well supplied for cooking big meals and there was plenty of dining space in the dining room for all of us to eat together. Laundry is very convenient off of the kitchen. Plenty of space to separate the kids between the living room and family room so they could do their own thing, watch multiple shows/movies, play different games, etc. The new front porch is fantastic...we spent so much time out there! The owners also supplied a wonderful selection of beach equipment and beach tags. Location wise, you just can't beat this place. Close to the beach, Wonderland Pier and the Boardwalk, the grocery store, and shopping. This is also one of the few locations in Ocean City that allows pets, which was a must have for us. If you have a large family and pets, definitely put this place at the top of your list!

Lovely

From the moment I walked through the door I was impressed. It looked as nice if not better than the listing photos showed. The beds were comfortable, beautiful kitchen and living area hardwood floors, there was plenty of room to sit down to dinner with our large crowd. We spent quite a bit of time on the front porch which has ample seats as well as a wonderful shade tree. The location is so close to the beach and boardwalk and a great little taco place too. Quite a gas saver being able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. Looking forward to coming back again. I would recommend this charming house!!

AWESOME!!!!!

We had a girls weekend and couldn't have had anymore fun! We enjoyed the front porch morning noon and night. There is tons of room for everyone. We loved the the old features(stained glass windows, arched doorways and korbels in the corners, hard wood floors) and then all the updated features( new kitchen, fresh paint and new porch). It's well stocked with everything you could need. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful spacious home-great value!!

Beautiful home which we could not have felt more comfortable in for our week at the shore with our large family. The spacious home was great for all of us to spread out-to read, watch tv, play games or sit and talk. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance if we wanted to go out but the kitchen was really well stocked for nights we wanted to eat in-everyone was able to eat together too whether it be inside or outside which was great. With such a large group it's often hard to do big meals together. Super comfy beds and slept great from the ocean breezes that come through the large windows (we didn't even need to turn on the AC in August!). House also had ceiling fans which was nice, beach tags, bikes, beach chairs, beach cart (which I would never think of but ended up being a lifesaver with all the grandkids "stuff"!), great selection of books and movies (for all ages)........ Counting the days until our week at this home next summer!!!!!

Charming and spacious, great location!

We had an amazing week! You have a beautiful home with so much charm and character! You have a very spacious downstairs; which was perfect for our large group meals and hanging out at night. It was also very nice to be only a block away from downtown shopping, restaurants and the famous bakery! It was great to be able to vacation with our dog and the fenced in back yard was perfect! We will definitely be back next summer!

We searched for a long time before buying this house and although it required extensive work to refurbish it we're thrilled to share our home with others. We provide everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. Typically the off season weeks are blocked off for our own use.

After years of looking for a property we decided on a single family home with a yard and garage. The historic charm and location of this home was everything we were looking & saving for.
