You could rent this vacation home with heating pool services for an additional fee. Please let us know your preferences. Regardless if your trip is related to family's vacation, business, romantic getaway, or just relaxation, our vacation home will treat you to an experience that is near to all the fun action at the strip, but at the same time a world apart to relax and enjoy the non-tourist areas of Las Vegas!

This full air-conditioned, non-smoking, beautiful 2 story house, has 4 bedrooms (all have queen-size beds), 3 bathrooms and approximately 1890 square feet of tastefully decorated space to enjoy while visiting Las Vegas. The house is situated in an ideal location, close to several restaurants, casinos and various businesses. The house is just minutes a way from the I-15 FWY and the world's capital of entertainment; the famous “Las Vegas Strip”. The backyard has a extra-large swimming pool with SPA, complete with patio furniture, built-in gas barbecue with gazebo-style overhead and high bar-style eating area with high chairs by the swimming pool. The back yard patio furniture has eating space to accommodate 8 people at once, which is ideal for entertaining!

The home is artistically furnished and posses a fully functional equipped kitchen (blender, toaster, cooking pots and pans, etc.), breakfast area, formal dining room (table for 8) and dining space for more intimate meals. The living room has a 50” TV for those sport-fans!

The home has wireless high speed internet (throughout the entire house) and satellite TV in the living room and master bedroom. All of our bedrooms have ceiling fans! Two bedrooms and the master bedroom are upstairs with two full bathrooms. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have beautiful laminated flooring and all of the bedrooms have wall-to-wall closets.

The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, Italian marble floors, double sinks, separated bathtub, separate toilet and shower area. It has French-doors that open into a great balcony with table, chairs and umbrella that oversees part of the city. It has a splendid view at night! The master bedroom has an extra large walking-in closet for all the additional purchases during your visit to Las Vegas.

The fourth large bedroom is downstairs hallway-across from a ¾ bathroom with a medical chair for those needing such service. This large bedroom has a large wall-to-wall closet, beautiful French-style large desk and marble floors!

The house has washer and dryer, two sets of linens.

The home is located minutes away from supermarkets( Walmart Super Center, Ralph's, Food4Less, Albertson's, etc), shopping areas, and walking distance from a family park. The Texas Station Casino, Fiesta Casino, and Cannery Casino as well as Las Vegas Shopping Outlet are just a few minutes away! If your trip includes Las Vegas Shows, tourist Casinos and “The Strip,” the home is situated less than ten miles away.

Renter may cancel their reservation by giving Owner written notice at least 30 days prior to the reservation date. Renter acknowledges and agrees that Owner will incur costs in reserving the House and should Renter cancel, Owner may retain a $150 fee from any payments made by Renter. If Renter cancels his or her reservation between 30 and 10 days before scheduled arriving date, Owner shall be permitted to retain 50% of any amounts paid by Renter. No refunds will be given for cancelation to reservation with 10 or less days of scheduled arriving date or early check-outs or no-shows.

The home is tastefully furnished throughout with formal dining table to seat 8 adults at once. It has an adjacent breakfast area off from the fully equipped kitchen (with pots and pans, plates, cutlery and all the items required to make you feel at home). The full house has high-speed wireless internet access. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, queen size beds, and marble floors in two bedrooms or beautiful laminate flooring in the other two. The house sleeps up to 8 people. All bedrooms come with extra linens located in each closet. The back yard has a large pool and Spa with built-in gas barbecue under the gazebo with full view of the pool and Spa, bar-style counter tops and high chairs for 4-6 adults. Lounge chairs by the pool under a gazebo-style area and large table for 6 adults and a table for 4 adults next to the pool.

Our satellite 50” TV in the living room is ideal for sport fans and our 48” TV in the master bedroom is great for a relaxing night at home. The master bedroom has a walking closet, ironing board and iron, separate bathroom, separate toilet and shower area and double sinks. The master bedroom and its own private bathroom have Italian marble floors and French doors that open into a great balcony with small table, chairs and umbrella for intimate diner or breakfast over looking part of the city. This balcony has a great view of the neighborhood’s lights at night or for watching the sunrise in the early hours of the morning…

There is a complete laundry room with washer and dryer as well as a second iron-board and iron. Parking is on the driveway and fits up to two cars as well as parking on the street on front of the house! There are not parking restriction, but parking on the driveway is highly recommended.

What makes this house unique

As they say 'Location, location, location...', having your own pool and spa for you and your guests is a great plus because you do not have to ensure intruding and obnoxious guests. The pool/spa are located in the back of the house in an "All fenced" area next to the built gas BBQ for some fantastic grilling while you enjoy company by the pool area.

great Vegas stay without the noise of the strip

House was very clean and well stocked with basics. Pool was clean, paying extra for the heating is recommended. Far enough away from the strip to be noise free but still only a 20.00 Uber to it. Really a nice place for a family to stay.

Nice place, plenty of room. Comfortable and clean.

This house was nice- we had 8 people plus a 2 year old and we all fit comfortably. You have to pay extra to heat the pool AND the hot tub, if you decide not to they will both be cold. It was 110 degrees outside so we chose not to heat, but the hot tub wasn’t much use. The owner was very prompt in responding and was easy to work with. It’s about 25 min from the strip so don’t plan to Uber- we rented a car but it would have been too far if we hadn’t. Lots of stores/restaurants etc close to the house, seems to be a nice, safe area. Overall the house does feel lived in, a few minor repairs needed etc. but we were mainly looking for a good price and a pool so it met our expectations. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again- definitely worth the money to have a house and all our family in one place, and it was a good deal.

Bad experience!!

The house was nice and spacious. We enjoyed the stay there. What I didn’t enjoy was that I received a call that I was being charged for a remote, dirty grill, “broken door”, and a stain on a comforter. We were still in town and went back to the property and found the remote under the bed (but the owner couldn’t find it). Supposly the grill had been cleaned after we cleaned it and was charged $50. I was told I would receive before and after pictures but never received after pictures. The door that we “broke” was a piece of wood in place of the window that said no traspassing. I asked if he could send me a picture or video since there was security cameras in the back yard and was told he would after he reviewed video. I never received a call from the owner on the final verdict of the door because we were never around that door. If you plan on staying here please be cautious and take pictures of anything you see wrong because they are obviously trying to charge people for things they are not responsible for.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review as it would help other future guests to select the perfect vacation rental to their specific needs. My response to this negative review is as follows: 1.-The outside BBQ grill was left dirty even though the guest was reminded before her departure to clean it avoid additional cleaning fees. Additionally, this information was listed in there rental contract and in the "Welcome Package" each guests receives from me before they arrive to the house. Pictures of the dirty outdoor grill was sent to her on April 25th, 2018 and I have a copy of this email if anybody wants to see it. 2.-The broken door outside was out of the reach of the security cameras therefore I was not able to see if they broke it or not and no fees were charged for it. I only know that the door was in perfect condition when they arrived and it was broken when they departed. The guest stated "it probably was the win". 3.-When the guest was contacted regarding the whereabouts of the TV remote control, she indicated that it was in the bedroom but we could not find it. We looked everywhere, under the bed, drawers, under furniture, etc., and we could not find it. When the guests returned to the house, the TV remote control was placed between the mattress and the spring-box of the bed. How it got there, I have not idea. I never thought to remove the mattress to look for the TV remote control and I never had such experience with any past guests. In the "Welcome" package section "departing instructions" it clearly states to "Please leave the TV control remote on the bed and any visible area in the bedroom. 4.-Finally, the comforter of the bed had a huge circle of grease that could not be removed by any means and had to be taken to the trash. I cannot say if it was cooking oil, suntan oil or what but it look disgusting. Guest was not able to tell me what it was either (she was not charged for this additional damage to the house). I continue to be amazed by how some people rent somebody else's home and treated it with so much disrespect. I think this review is only an attempt to retaliate against me for something she created. I think when somebody do not want to take responsibility for their actions and tend to blame others we (property owners) receive these kind of reviews. This is my side of the story. You be the judge of both statements.

Great place to stay

I enjoyed everything but it could have been better if the pool could have been warmed (the pool warmer option wasn’t available ). It was my first time in Vegas and I did know what to expect but overall I would stay here again.

Owner's Response: The weather during the time of this guests was very cold and windy so the pool temperature might felt a bit cooler. The swimming pool heating was set a 90 degrees but still was not hot enough for them. Sometimes, other guest indicate that the temperature is "too hot". Overall we were very happy with this guests and its companions.

Disappointed

Exchanged several texts with Roberto following checking out, where he notified me (with pictures) that we left the grill dirty, and would be getting charged a cleaning fee. I reiterated that when we arrived on Wednesday (3/14), my friend Marcus checked and told me that the grill was dirty with burnt food caked onto the grated, as well as rusted in places. He cleaned it off as best he could before using it, and we went on about our stay. We used the grill over the course of the week with no issues, cleaning with with the grill brush each time. Upon leaving Monday morning, I personally went to clean the grill with the wire brush, leaving it in the same, if not better shape than when we arrived. This can be verified by viewing video footage of the camera mounted in the back patio, if Roberto chooses to do so. If I am not telling the truth I will forfeit the entire deposit. Anyway, I explained this to Roberto, and all I received in return were close-up photos and texts that it was dirty. I even reached out to my friend to make sure that I wasn't making this up in my head and he confirmed the state of the grill upon our arrival. The interaction with Roberto at that point was more procedural, and I supposed his method of documenting and notifying me that I was being charged. I texted him that I didn't care about the $50, and had no issue with it at this point, but to simply dismiss what I communicated, and convey that according to the "agreement", I was being charged, was pretty frustrating.

Ultimately it's a lesson learned for me as a guest, and a bit of advice for others that stay anywhere on vacation...take pictures and document EVERYTHING upon arrival that could lead to you being charged any fees.

Other than that, no other major complaints or issues...

The pool was cold, and someone came out to turn it up. We were told that the sauna/pool were on from 9am - 9pm, but it actually did not turn on until after noon each day. I understand that the weather was a little colder last week, but that mattered with us wanting to have access during the times were we told it would be on.

Owner's Response: It is disappointing to receive this review after all the work we did for this guest and his friends. The WELCOME PACKAGE that all our guests receive before the arrival clearly ask them to complete a full walk through the property to ensure it is as described in the website. It further request a call or text of any issue(s) needed our attention to fix it immediately or next day. The guest contacted us 4 days after arrival to let us know the water of the swimming pool was not hot enough even when we had the temperature at 94 degrees. We went to the house to show him the swimming pool temperature setting. Since the temperature of weather was very cold he wanted to cancel his swimming pool heating services (which I could not do since the swimming pool had been heating for several days already). Additionally, he wanted to start using the spa before 9 AM even when he was told that the spa would star working at 10:30 AM. Finally, he left the BBQ grill extremely dirty after he was informed that it was his responsibility to clean it before his departure. He was informed that the cleaning of the house does not include cleaning of the BBQ grill. When photos of the dirty BBQ grill were delivered to him is when he started to say that the BBQ grill was dirty when he arrived but he never reported anything during the time he and his guests stayed at the house. It is very unfortunate to have guests who break the house’s rules and expect me to cover the additional expenses associated with fixing the problems caused by breakage of house’s rules.

Texas Station Casino located about 3.3 miles from the house offers fine dining, great buffets for breakfast, lunch, dinner, bowling alley, childcare and movie theaters all under one roof.

Fiesta Casino located about 3.3 miles from the house offers great gambling experience, fine restaurants and ice-skating ring.

Drive-in Movie Theater is also about 3.3 miles from the house if what you want to do is to experience an old American tradition.

The Cannery Casino is about 4.5 miles from our house for fine dining and gambling.

Grocery markets, Walmart Super Center, Target Super Center, Gyms, post office, library, Banks and other necessities are about 1 mile from the house.

There is a new park 2 blocks away from our house with basketball courts, running paths and other “young children” outdoor games.

Las Vegas Outlet is about 5 miles from the house with multiple stores and great sales throughout the year! A full day is needed to cover the whole outlet.

The “Las Vegas Strip” is less than 10 miles away with all the entertainment Capital of the World has to offer which includes: Amazing shows, fine dining, casinos, shopping, and more…
