Es un lugar mágico - un encantador refugio situado a unos 60 kilómetros de la capital, San Juan. Todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones increíbles se encuentra a minutos de distancia en el interior de la localidad, de la vida nocturna de ver de la vista, la pesca o deportes. Usted elegirlo y lo tenemos! Esta casa de un piso tiene 4 dormitorios y 2 baños. En el dormitorio principal, con vistas a la piscina a través de una puerta corredera de cristal hay una cama king size con un baño. Los otros 2 dormitorios tienen camas tamaño queen en el interior. La piscina está fuera de este mundo! Se inicia a las 3 pies en la parte menos profunda y va hasta 10 pies en la parte más profunda. Unas vacaciones increíbles está garantizado en esta casa!

Excellent and Beautiful Place!

We loved the place and enjoyed our stay. House was recently refurnished and its beautiful. Pool and terrace are spacious.

Place was awesome best part is the pool, place needs a fresh painting, especially the doors and TVs needed in all the rooms.

Great Place for a Family

we enjoyed out stay. The home is nice and clean the area is safe. Just a little bit of a drive for shopping. The outdoor kitchen is pool is a nice place to hangout and relax. The only down side for us is it's didn't have the number of beds we expceted but the couch is big so it wored out.

Family stay

This is our second time staying at this lovation. We have no complaints. Some minor upgrades would make it even better. But definitely recommend for large families clean. The host responds immediately regarding any questions. Close to some beautiful bleach beaches.

Our First but Not Last Vacation in Puerto Rico

First time Family Vacation, was planned in 3 days, last minute and it was AMAZING! This house was perfect for us. Having the pool made it 100x more fun and relaxing for the whole family. We only contacted the Owner once and they handled cleaning the pool which turned over night to green within a couple hours. We would stay here again in a heart beat! Thank you so much for having us use your home for our home for vacation:)

Family Reunion

Our stay at the property was great. There were a few issues that we addressed with the property manager at check out. The main issue we had that it may be out of their control was that we didn't have Wifi during our stay. Otherwise. The property was a perfect fit for our vacation.

Palmas is beautiful

Upon arrival the communication with the person in chrg of property was late in providing me with the code to get into house. Though it was 15 mins, it was time to upset my little children. The property was clean, everything worked but there was a leak in the living room and master bedroom. The property manager did get back to me right away, it was a holiday. andmbedroom. Good Times

It was a nice house and a good area. The beach was more like a 15 minute walk 5 minute drive. Alot of seaweed and other vegetation on the beach. Palmas de mar is a huge gated community with a lot of smaller private resorts inside . Can’t really access much without a membership in palmas. We spent most of our time during our stay in Fajardo and Old San Juan Doing excursions, shopping and eating . The house was a nice budget friendly stay compared to most resorts when you have a couple of families wanting to stay together.

Family vacation

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful and comfortable home. We brought along our grandson who learned how to swim in the great pool. All the amenities in the home are exceptional and clean. Palmas as a whole is great and if desired one need not leave the resort as everything you need is located there. We rode horses at Buena Vista Ranch, visited family on the island and returned each day to this amazing home. Regardless of what we did each day we ended each day lounging by the pool and enjoying the water. Annie was exceptional in helping us rental the property and very accommodating when we had some difficulty in finalizing the deal when needed. Thank you very much Annie for your help and hospitality, we hope to return as soon as we can.

Not so good

The property manager was great no complaints with her at all. But the owner of this place really didnt care about his place we stood for 11 days and there were issues with this place. Pluming, ceiling in kitchen and big bedroom was leaking and i told the owner and he clearing didnt care money was not worth it

Fantastic Family Getaway

This house has great space!! Living area and dining area are great for families. Master Bedroom is very spacious. 2 other bedrooms are average size. Beds are very comfortable. Property is well maintained and very clean inside and out. Outdoor space consists of large yard, patio table and chairs, gas grill, and very large pool. Our family of 4 enjoyed this space very much. Annie, the property manager is very responsive and helpful. Kitchen has everything but the groceries! Plenty of bath and beach towels. Having restaurants and the Beach Club within Palmas is very convenient. Do consider this location for your vacation, we highly recommend it!! We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you Ramon and Annie for everything!!

Great location but many updates needed

The Palmas Del Mar area is beautiful with a great little beach to visit and restaurants and walking paths. The house itself needs lot of updates. The outdoor area was great but the bathrooms need work. The master shower was virtually unusable. When it rains the roof does leak in many spots. The property owner was quick to send people to fix. The addition of some beach chairs, beach toys, more beach towels, more bath towels, hand towels and sheets would be beneficial. The location is easy to get to many different things to do and there is a Walmart nearby for grocery essentials.

Good location great outdoor space. Inside needs work

Owner accused us of using all the gas in the grill when we had not used it yet. Water leaking in one of the bedrooms from the winow, ceiling and under the closet doors. Advertised Jacuzzi not functional. Only a single wash cloth provided for 6 womens. Wifi rarely worked. Overall the house was clean and in a good location but because of the noted issues I would not recommend renting this unit until the water leaks are resolved.

Just ok

Place was just ok to us. Just a few things I would have wanted to know prior to renting it. *Hot tub is not a hot tub, it's the same temperature as the pool so it's just a mini pool. *The room with the bunk beds only has one bunk bed. We were missing a bunk. *The WIFI does not work no matter how many times you try. Don't expect to watch any tv or do any work with a laptop. It was way too slow for any practical use. *There were only 3 glasses in the cabinet. Buy plastic glasses if you plan on using them. *No dishwasher*The pots and pans were super old. The handles are barely hanging on. *The grill is unusable. The grates are falling apart. *The pool was very mirky when we first got there but it did end up clearing up by the middle of our trip. *There are no dressers in some of the rooms so we had to pretty much live out of our suitcase. There were maybe 5 hangars so we couldn't hang stuff up either. *Most of the outlets don't work. We had to buy a long extension cord to use in the main bedroom to run our chargers and my husbands medical devices. *There were no hand towels or washcloths. I did mention this to the manager and she was great about bringing us some. She was actually great about responding to things right away.

Overall OKAY

This Villa has some really nice features. The pool and deck, the kitchen, dining room and living room are spacious and can accommodate a large group. However, the primary bedroom and bathroom are humongous and the other 3 bedrooms are closets. The bathrooms are original and are in disparate need of an upgrade. The ‘shower,’ if you can call it that, in the main bathroom is outright dangerous. This shower is an afterthought, without much thought. Almost no water pressure and placed in a corner next to the toilet and large jacuzzi tub, giving you very little room to maneuver in and out. We all just showered in the other bathroom, which is also in need of an update. We did have a great time, even with these challenges. Both grills worked and like a previously mentioned, the pool and deck were great.

House was good

anytime you stay in Palmas you usually need a golf cart which was pictured on the property when I got there the owners stated it was not included in description which was true. The other house we rented was 4 houses away didn’t have it in description but was included in photo and stay. That was an additional $500 to rent from resort. They have no dishwasher nor dishwasher soap. Not even a bag of ice nor water. Finally they changed check in time from 3_to 4 prior to my arrival. It was nearly 6 and they were still cleaning pool. The manager then said I f the app said three she will let me check out at noon. I sent her screenshots. Which then yielded the owner to come over and offer me money money back 2 hours after my check in and where am I to go. They changed the app to reflect 4 pm. But we’re still cleaning the pool until 6. I have screenshots. But I didn’t bother to continue complaining at this point I made the best of it. The house itself was ok and the pool dirties easily as it lacks a filter but overall a good house. Definitely won’t achieve premier host.
