Venga a alojarse en nuestro condominio frente a la playa que tiene todo lo que necesita para relajarse y jugar. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama, un nuevo sillón reclinable y un televisor de pantalla grande para que pueda ver todos sus programas y juegos favoritos. También tenemos conexión WiFi gratuita en el condominio. ¡Aguas limpias y azules y arena blanca hasta donde alcanza la vista! Este condominio se encuentra en el piso 12 y cuenta con un balcón privado con vista al Golfo de México que ofrece una excelente vista de los barcos que salen y entran al Pase. Mira a los delfines hacer sus rondas diarias. ¡No se sentirá decepcionado ni encontrará este nivel de lujo en ningún lado por este precio! Esta cocina cuenta con estufa, horno de microondas y pequeños electrodomésticos y azulejos en todas partes. El condominio duerme 8 y es la escapada perfecta para usted y su familia. Esta es su escapada de vacaciones ideal.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King Size con sábanas renovadas, TV de pantalla plana, ventilador de techo, lámparas de lectura, armario, plancha y tabla de planchar y una entrada privada al balcón. El baño principal privado está equipado con tocador doble, toallas de felpa, secador de pelo y combinación de bañera y ducha.

Cuarto de invitados:
Esta habitación cuenta con 2 camas Full Size con TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD, ventilador de techo, lámpara de lectura y un gran armario. El baño privado cuenta con bañera y ducha, toallas de felpa y secador de pelo.

Room had a great ocean view. Was clean and had decent furniture. The master bathroom shower head was very low. I’m 6 foot tall and had to bend down to get my head under it. The faucet for the shower was very frustrating to use as well. The second bedroom that has the two beds was fine for kids other than the fact that the door could not be closed due to hitting the bed by the door. Kitchen was adequate and had all needed items to cook. This is the second time we have stayed at phoenix 6 we enjoy the location and the property. This room has an included garage spot which was a plus so there is no need to pay for on site parking.

We arrived just as many were leaving! We went to one social and I enjoyed the last water aerobics of the winter. Loved our balcony and master bedroom overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom had two queen sized beds which would have been great but the door wouldn’t close due to end of the bed being in the way. We only used the master. Bedroom furniture needs to be updated. The glass table and dining room chairs were too large for the space and very uncomfortable. No complaints about the nice kitchen and living room with huge T V. I’m sure the owners will replace the hallway blind and do furniture updates. Staff was very friendly.

Nice place to stay, electric went out about a hour before we checked out had to pack all of our luggage from the 12th floor to the basement parking garage. Inconvenient tho not related to the room just the building in general

Fun Family Vacation

Spent the week at this lovely condo! It was perfect for our family of four. Beautiful view, all of the amenities a reserved parking place in the garage close to an entrance. Very convenient beach access.

Great stay in off season

For the off season, this was a great condo. It was clean and quite. The master bed was too soft for my liking and the kitchen could use some new cooking utensils. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful time!!

We loved the location of this property. We were a little bit nervous about the hurricane that was coming but felt confident in the building and the updates from the owners. We would definitely love to come back.

Great location with nice amenities

The booking process was easy with great communication. We loved the location and the view of the ocean! Most items were in great condition with the exception of the shower heads in both bathrooms coming out of the wall, the primary bathroom handle falling off every time we used the facility, the main door scraping the tile floor, and the kitchen faucet splattering everywhere.The beds were comfy and the sofa in the living room was comfortable. Very cute decor! With a few minor upgrades, I believe the place would be really exceptional.

Our condo was nice. Beautiful scenery, hospitality was great, and condo was clean. My one and only issue, which is a big one, is that the shower and toilet in the master bathroom didn't work. We arrived on Tuesday evening, went to enjoy the beach and pool, and came back to find out the shower and toilet didn't work. 7 people had to use 1 bathroom!!!! Ridiculous!! Maintenance was contracted, but of course didn't come til the next morning. At that time, the toilet was fixed but the shower was a no!!!! Needs a plumber. So again, 1 shower for 7 people for 3 nights!!! Otherwise, the place was great!!!

The ceiling fan in the second bedroom was extremely loud and therefore not usable. The kitchen could use some more supplies, specifically utensils and knifes were pretty light.

All restaurants a very short drive away, but right across the street was a very casual restaurant, ice cream shop & dougnuts! The condo was spacious, clean and just as described. Also nice to have the reserved & free parking space under cover. Emma at the rental office was terrific. Of course very helpful w/the booking, but also during our stay. The provided app was very handy too. I messaged Emma via the app to find the channel for the women's soccer match and she emailed back to look for the channel listing guide. Well when I returned to condo for lunch she had already slid 2 guides under our door. There were notices in the elevator about an early morning planned power loss for maintenance and Emma called & emailed to make sure we were aware. I appreciate good customer service and Emma delivered!

Fun Family Getaway

The property was just as it was pictured online. Everything was quaint, quiet, and clean! The square footage was just perfect for our family of four! A quick elevator ride to the lower level placed us on the beach and once we were done relaxing for the day, we could quickly shower, get dressed, and head out to local restaurants. Having a dedicated parking space and a washer/dryer combo was a huge plus! I washed everyday and we left with minimal dirty laundry. The facilities were comfortable and it was lovely sitting on the deck after the sun set to feel the breeze rolling off the waves. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

We loved our stay here! The view was amazing and the place was very clean! The only thing I will say is that the mattresses need to be replaced, they are all sunken in the middle.

Great Location, Updates Needed

Overall this was a nice location but the unit is definitely in need of some upgrades. All of the faucets were original and need to be replaced. The mattresses also need to be replaced. A little disappointed for the price we paid and definitely could not tell these things from the pictures.
