FINALLY, I want to be transparent with costs/fees:
-$150 per night.
-$50 refundable trash fee, which will be returned to you when we see that you have removed all trash and recycling at the end of your stay. Sorry for no curbside pickup in the wilderness!
-$50 cleaning fee: for use of our linens and for the extra time the cleaning lady needs to do your laundry. I can wave that fee if you are bringing all your own linens, or if you promise to do all your laundry and generally clean up after yourself.
-Sorry for the Homeaway service fee, as I cannot remove that.
-If you are thinking about bringing a pet, then talk with me first. There is a $100 pet fee if your pet is allowed to come.
Homeaway offers a great low cost property damage protection. You pay only $59 dollars for $1500 worth of protection.
I used to do a refundable $300 security deposit, but we lose some money that way, as Homeaway takes transaction fees off the total $300.
If you really still want to do the refundable $300 security deposit, we can easily arrange that.
Otherwise, you will see a $59 dollar charge that purchases $1500 worth of insurance coverage.
If you are staying 7 nights/week, it is a discounted rate of 140/night. Total of $980 for the week. I also like to give discounts on additional nights added to a rental per last minute availability.
Discounts for repeat renters too!
