I cannot recommend this place enough! We were two families with 3 kids between 3-6 and everything was great about our stay. The location to the beach, beach club and watercolor shops was amazing and having the golf cart was ESSENTIAL! The condo is beautiful, clean and so spacious. Highly recommend over and over.

This townhome is in the perfect location. Easy access to Seaside and right in the front of Watercolor near the beach access. The downstairs bathroom has been updated. The view from the balcony is great! Bonus to have access to the golf cart and bikes too.

We had a lovely time! We have stayed in Rosemary houses and in Watercolor before, specifically these condos, and having the golf cart was a big bonus. The rental company was very attentive and friendly. Thanks for everything…would definitely come back!

The view was absolutely gorgeous! The home’s open floor plan makes it feel even more spacious than it already is. The kitchen is beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything you need. With two master suites, it’s ideal for two couples traveling with kids. The patios are spacious and perfect for enjoying the stunning sunsets. BIG PLUS IS PRIVATE BEACH CLUB ..... We can’t wait to come back!

Property management was on it! Responded very quickly. Wonderful location. 2 min from beach. Pool in back right out the door. Loved being next to the Watercolor Inn and being able to use the pools. The golf cart was a nice bonus. House was very clean and nicely decorated. Everything was within walking distance.

Beautiful, cozy, and convenient

The property is beautiful. Very little reason to wonder off outside everything watercolor has to offer, but it is so well Located that if you choose to explore you are able to do easily. Golf cart included with the property is really convenient. The home is very cozy and beautifully decorated. Access to multiple pools and easy access to the beach was wonderful for the kids.

What an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our girls trip. We had 5 in our crew and all had a very comfortable stay! The house was spotless and in great condition. The location is ideal for walking to the beach/shops/nearby restaurants. Our whole stay was easy and Nancy at Concierge Cottages really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. Great Location!

Have stayed in several of these condos in this area and this one was nice! Beds super comfortable and kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Management responded so quickly to an issue we had with the Keurig. If I had to be picky about anything I would say it may be time to update some of the finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms but other than that we enjoyed our time!

Beachside gem

This is a wonderful property with plenty of room for family and/or friends. Nicely updated with very comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms and all with a beautiful view of the ocean. Nancy is an incredible host with almost immediate reply’s to any question you may have. The condo is walking distance to Seaside with all the Watercolor amenities. We will definitely stay again the next time we are vacationing in Seaside.

Best place we have stayed in Watercolor!

We have been coming to Watercolor for several years . We choose a condo this year on the beach ! It was great all the way around ! The best location, garage parking right by garage door, so clean , beautifully decorated, beds were so comfortable, view was great , pool was so clean , easy walk down to beach, very equipped kitchen, and was very quiet! The best was the awesome welcome basket with snacks , coffee and more! The location was just great ! No need to face a golf cart ! I highly recommend this place !

We love this home. Great location to walk anywhere! Good kitchen and nice dining table with comfortable chairs. Comfortable sofas and beds ! Good golf cart. The bikes might need a little tightening up. Liked the beach chairs too! The pool and beach were so easy to enjoy. Very tight house so you did not hear any noise outside in the street. We all had our own space and felt we had privacy there. A blessing to stay at Wits End ❤️

Thank you for an Amazing week! VERY responsive and nice property manager. Very quick responses to every little thing. Everything was perfect! Tips for those staying: Only 2 parking spots, with one a short walk away, so plan accordingly (I must have missed that completely when reading this listing - my fault but luckily it was a quiet week here so they were able to assist us which was SO appreciated). Also, be sure to bring your own beach towels and spices/salt & pepper, as there is not any provided here. All in all amazing week with friends!

We had a great time! The unit was beautiful. It has recently been updated. Everything was clean and the view was nice. The kitchen had everything you need, just like home. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean... the view was amazing. You have access to all the WaterColor amenities, which our kids love! Our favorite part was the private pool with this unit. The pool is only for this row of u its and there was never anyone there. Another part we loved was that we brought our own chairs and used the private boardwalk to set up at the beach. The pool and boardwalk were nice to escape the crowds when we wanted some quiet. Our time at Witts End was so fun!
