Enjoy making fabulous meals in a beautiful, sun-filled gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops. The house is equipped with a split system for central AC, or open the windows for the cool, ocean breezes. All new baths, master with a soaking tub for total relaxation. The house has multiple outdoor seating areas. Enjoy your morning coffee on the open front porch, or enjoy your meals or a good book on the enclosed new porch. Then end the day around the fire pit on the amazing outdoor stone patio. Walk to Seaview Park with playground, walking trails and pickle ball courts.
