This is a nice little shore house only 2 blocks from the boardwalk. The property is new and the house is in nice condition. The backyard is great and worth it but too many patio chairs when the unit only sleeps 3-4 max. The full picnic table seats 8, plus a wrap around bar and TV had 6 high top chairs plus another furniture set plus 2 more lounge beach chairs. But all in all we really liked this place and Alex was a great host. We would definitely rent this place again. It does sit on a major highway and only has views of Acme but that's the only downside.

THe house was perfect, had everything you could possibly need at the shore. Backyard was amazing and made our vacation that much better.

Perfect week

We stayed at this amazing property for the week. It was beautiful, clean, and the best set up with the outside accommodations with a bar, TV, grill, ALOT of seating. My daughter was playing softball Nationals in Jackson, NJ and we opted to stay at the beach. Best decision we made! This house was so much fun! We loved everything it had to offer. Would stay here over and over. Hoping Nationals are hosted in Jackson NJ next year bc we would definitely rent this house again.

This was a great property, and we loved our stay in Seaside Heights. The property itself was well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was adorable and very clean. A short walk to a beautiful beach. And also close to the boardwalk. So the location was fantastic. All communication with the host was smooth and easy. The only thing we couldn’t tell from the pictures was that it looks out onto the highway and a grocery store and its parking lot. That did All communication with the host was smooth and easy. That didn’t end up mattering in the end, but I was surprised at first. The house is really nice. I liked the layout. The best part was the outdoors area. There’s a wonderful patio with a bar and television and a dining table and umbrella for shade. It was a wonderful area to hang out. We cooked a lot of meals on the outdoor barbecue grill. There was ample parking. The property also provided a beach cart, with a beach umbrella, and a couple of beach chairs, which was very helpful. I would very happily stay here again. It was a wonderful place by a wonderful beach and a great family vacation.
