PERFECT LOCATION by Beach and Boardwalk! Big Private Yard, Tiki Bar and Fire pit


This home sits on the same block as the new Oceanview restaurant and private beach club, as well as the Beachcomber and Klee’s Bar and Grill. New upgrades include outdoor gazebo and tiki bar! Also all new furniture and fresh paint job was just completed in March 2024. Completely renovated in 2024, this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath single family home has everything you need. 2018 additions include central air-conditioning, hard wired smoke detectors, ceiling fans, new flooring, granite countertops, appliances, patio & courtyard pavers, electrical work, large outside shower to wash off the beach or just enjoy being outside for a mid-day cool off. A washer and dryer is located in the basement or use the outside cloths line to dry off your towels and bathing suits!
We offer one of the largest backyards in Seaside with a newly installed 8ft vinyl fence for your privacy. Our property includes 6 beach badges and 2 parking pass during your stay. The front courtyard is equipped with Adirondack Chairs for your comfort to sit and relax as you watch possible new friends walk by or just watch the sunset as time goes by.
Our house offers Free WiFi and T.V, a Weber grill for any and all grilling desires, picnic table with umbrella for outdoor dining and kitchen appliances with supplies to make a meal into an adventure.
We do not offer sheets or pillow cases so you must provide your own. We do however provide mattress/pillow covers, comforters and blankets as needed.
Guidance for Internet/T.V. located on walls along with garbage schedules and other must knows throughout the house.
We hope you enjoy your stay and plan to give feedback to improve as well as planning a future stay with us next year.
Note: Washer and dryer available in basement. We provide blankets, comforters and pillows. Guests brings bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Thank you.

Tenants agree to abide by the borough of Seaside Heights local laws and ordinances regarding underage drinking, noise and disturbances.


Any rule breaking you will be evicted and fined. No refunds will be issued. No proms or graduation parties allowed. Adult person must stay in house.

Great house in a fantastic location!

The house was very clean and the location was perfect. So close to the boardwalk, beach and restaurants. Owner was super easy to get in touch with. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home in a great location. Everything was as described in listing. The backyard was absolutely awesome. Private, great for get togethers. Owners were very friendly, wonderful to work with, very responsive. Hoping to rebook and stay again soon.

Wonderful location

Our host Denis was wonderful. He provided recommendations for restaurants as well as letting us know we could check in a little early. The location of the house was perfect!! Very close to beach and boardwalk. The house was clean and had everything we were looking for in a beach house. Would definitely recommend this location and look forward to going back in the future!!

Beach weekend

We had a great time, the house was perfect for us. So close to the boardwalk and beach. The back area was so much fun just to chill or have a family barbeque. The fire table is a great addition for the late night wind down time. I hope everyone who rents here has as much of a good time as we did, Denis is a great host and I look forward to booking with him again!

Amazing!!!!

This house was perfect. Location, communication, cleanliness and yard were all amazing. There is nothing they didn’t think of. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The yard is outstanding. We BBQ each night and sat outside enjoying the family. 100 percent recommend this property anyone looking for a great vacation.

We had a very nice time. My husband grew up going to Seaside Heights as a kid. We took our daughter there when she was younger. We love that there is so much to do. You don't even have to move your car if you don't want to. It had been 7 years since we were at Seaside Heights. The houses we used to rent are no longer there. We found this house on VRBO. It did not disappoint. Our family enjoyed cooking out and the Tiki Bar. It's in the back of the house and fenced in, so it's away from the hustle and bustle. It's also very nice that beach passes are included in the rental.

Great Vacation Home

This house was perfect. Clean, comfortable and a great location. Close to beach and boardwalk. The hosts were great to talk to and VERY accomodating. This house has EVERYTHING you would ever need for your vacation stay. Definitely loved loved loved the fenced in front and back yards, with having a little one with us. The large backard was so nice to have to do dinners at the picnic table and small talk around the fireplace while making smores. The best backyard for family fun after a day at the beach. We would definitely recommend this host and house for a home away from home experience.

lovely getaway

The property was newly renovated, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything. The tiki bar was a very nice oasis after the beach and boardwalk. Everything you may need for the beach is provided - chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, bikes, toys - so you don't need to bring any of those things. Just a note, the full bath is on the 1st floor. Location was great with access to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. The only downside was the motel across the street with some rowdy tenants. We really enjoyed this property and wished our stay was longer than the weekend.

Great house with lots of recent updates

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The owners had everything set up beautifully for our arrival and the house is very nicely stocked. The back yard is amazing and very private with a nice outdoor shower. The parking was a bit of a challenge for us, but we knew it was street parking going into this agreement, so that is in no way the owner's fault. We loved this end of the boardwalk and the beach is very nice at this area. It seems like this part of the beach does not get as crowded as some of the other parts of Seaside Heights. The neighborhood around this house, however, is a mixture of fixed up buildings, construction and run down buildings. Considering the proximity to the beach and the boardwalk I feel like this street will be seeing a lot of updated homes in the years to come. Even with these 2 drawbacks, we were not in any way unhappy with our decision to stay here. We've stayed in several different rental houses around Seaside Heights and this was the overall best experience we have had yet.
