Welcome to Shoreline, our 5th floor, 2 king master suite oceanfront condo with panoramic 180 degree ocean views. The ocean views are expansive from the oceanfront king master suite and all the major living spaces including the living room, dining area, kitchen and oceanfront verandah.

Our condo's connection to nature does not stop with the eye candy that the windows and sliding glass doors serve up. In addition, you will experience the soothing sounds of the sea as it washes away the stress of everyday life. You will be refreshed by the coastal breezes that blow your cares away. Both of the king master suites have their own full bathrooms with a tub and shower. One of the king bedrooms fronts the ocean and has a panoramic view. The other king bedroom faces west and therefore it does not have an ocean view or an oceanfront verandah.

The oceanfront verandah sweeps around from the living room to the oceanfront king bedroom. Therefore one can access the verandah from either the living room or the bedroom. Both king master bedrooms have their own Internet Connected HDTV and there is a 3rd Internet Connected HDTV in the living room.

We also provide all the beach and tennis gear so that you can enjoy the 2 crystal clear pools, ocean and 4 tennis courts. The condo is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach matts and towels, boogie boards and beach toys for the kids.

Our condo is also equipped with auto-inflatable Aero beds (air mattresses) and a Pack-n-Play crib for the little ones. The entire condo is easily accessible as it is all on a single level, on the 5th floor of a 7 story building serviced by 2 elevators. It has always been and will continue to be pet free and smoke free so that we can maintain an allergen free environment with the highest standards of cleanliness and health.

The closest airport is Jacksonville, FL which is about a half hour from our resort. Directly in front of our condo is one of the ten best beaches in the nation. The resort’s 2 crystal clear pools are on the seaside of the resort and separated into two pool pavilions. One of the pool complexes is directly below the condo. There are 4 tennis courts at our private resort, rosters for other players seeking partners and an on-site Tennis Pro who provides lessons.

For the technology lovers, we invite you to play with Alexa, your personal vacation assistant. Alexa will play your favorite music, tell you jokes, bring you the news, weather forecast, directions to the nearest grocery store, recommendations on where to dine, read you a bedtime story, sing you a lullaby, set your alarm, stream your podcast, read an audiobook, place a call, operate the heat and A/C and answer just about any question you may have. For those of you coming to Amelia for a conference or wedding at the Ritz, consider the benefits of staying at our property instead. Our condo is a pleasant 5 minute walk to the Ritz along a tree canopied, pedestrian only path. Our beachfront condo provides you with all the comforts of home and the convenience of close proximity to the Ritz.

Being able to utilize a fully equipped kitchen instead of dining out for every meal is a much more relaxed vacation plan. For the best view on the island, simply step out onto your private oceanfront verandah to enjoy that romantic dinner while the moon rises over the Atlantic. Our condo's 2 full bathrooms and 2 generously sized king bedrooms provide everybody with ample space (1200 square feet) to unwind without having to crowd into a single hotel room.

Unlike the Ritz, there are no additional charges for parking, long distance calling and WiFi. Our condo offers not only 2 crystal clear pool complexes, but also 4 tennis courts in a gated resort. The Ritz has no tennis facilities.

Our resort shares the same stretch of Amelia's coastline as the Ritz. When compared to the Ritz, our condo's value proposition is compelling in that it offers the comforts of home, the amenities of a resort, and the convenience of proximity - all at a price point that is less than the Ritz.
