This is a wonderful cabin. Interior was very cozy, very comfortable and very well-maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and serve a group. Our kids loved the pool table and very large downstairs TV. There’s a nice balcony upstairs with relatively new gas grill; the hot tub on the lower level is great. The fire pit area is perfect - but you need to bring your own firewood: Our whole family loved the creek, both to sit by and to play in. The main road for that area is just on the other side of the creek, so there is some road noise - but it’s mostly hidden by foliage. The driveway is paved, but pretty steep and without much room to turn around. There are cabins on either side, but they are far enough away to still have privacy. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for your kind review of Water's Edge. We are so pleased your kids had fun playing in the creek. We look forward to hosting you again soon in Blue Ridge.
Water's Edge was the perfect cabin for our party of three couples as each couple had their own bedroom and bath. Loved the firepit - spent a couple of nights around it. The only negative would be that the parking/maneuvering for three cars was somewhat difficult. Other than that, it was a great cabin, very clean, and a great location.
We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and listening to the creek off the back deck. So quiet and peaceful. We saw several deer during our stay. We will be back again.

Thank you for your kind review of Water's Edge. That home is so relaxing while sitting on the back deck listening to the water. We look forward to hosting you again in the near future.
The place was beautiful and immaculate.. check in was a breeze and the house had anything you could possibly need. Best hot tub I’ve ever been in! We had our teenaged kids with us and they loved it as well. The only thing I would mention, that I wish we knew is that there are neighbors on both sides and the road is right behind the creek behind the house. The location is awesome and for anyone who wants to be in a great location and isn’t looking for seclusion it is 100% perfect and ideal .. we had a great stay! Thank you!!

Property was not ready when arrived. Dog poop in floor on lower level. Back deck needed cleaning. Parking was very difficult. Sofas were in terrible condition, very uncomfortable.

Cabin is gorgeous. We had such an amazing stay. Such a peaceful and serene area. Fire pit was so much fun to do each night. We played pool and watched some football on the big screen tv. We needed somewhere to stay to come together with extended that would allow us to do a combination of relaxing and activities and this was the perfect place. Only thing to know is that the driveway is steep. Not a problem, just nice to know beforehand. Would stay again!!

Thank you for staying with us at Water's Edge. We are so happy you were able to spend some quality time to watch football and play pool. We hope you will come back and spend some time with us again soon.
Our stay at Water’s Edge was phenomenal! I consider myself a pretty picky person, and I don’t have any complaints about this residence. The home was very clean, the size was excellent, and the location was exactly what we wanted. My only suggestion is that the property management company sends a more comprehensive, home-specific list of what accommodations ARE provided to save families from packing these items. I.e. toiletries, games, puzzles, books, workout gear, food storage containers, type of coffee maker(s), etc. When I called to ask about the coffee maker so I could ensure I was purchasing the correct coffee for our stay, the lady I spoke to was VERY kind, considerate, and helpful. For Water’s Edge, specifically, this house is STOCKED! Pretty much every kitchen item wanted was available. All the appliances worked great – including the grill! The stream was beautiful, refreshing, and a fun space for the kids (ages 4,8,&11) to explore. The hot tub worked great and was clean. Everything was comfortable and well cared for. We highly recommend the level of service Escape to Blue Ridge provided.
