Deluxe Oceanfront 1 bedroom w/kitchen, sleeps 6, private balcony, pool, hot tub

Direct Oceanfront 1 bedroom on the 4th floor. Updated w/new flooring & furniture. 2 queen beds in bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in living room, kitchen will all items need to cook including a 2 burner cook top! All linens provided including beach towels. Private balcony overlooking the beautiful waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

We have opened 1 heated outdoor pool and the indoor pool and 1 hot tub but working on heaters.
Also available are fitness center and sauna.
We have beach access and private parking in the lot on other side of white fence.

Directly across the street from a large shopping plaza which has large grocery store, Walgreen's, retail shopping, dining options including an ice cream parlor.
Conveniently located 1 1/2 hours from DISNEY, 1 hour from ST AUGUSTINE, 1 hour from CAPE CANAVERAL
20 MINUTES TO DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, 1 HOUR FROM ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, 45 MINUTES TO SANFORD AIRPORT

We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.

Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!

New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!

If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.

The room was lovely with plenty room to move around.Our Host, Donna, was great. we didn’t have any issues per se, so can’t complain there. The beach had just gone thru some heavy weather and there was construction going on at the Resort, but they tried to accommodate the guests. Pools were closed but opening soon.Our view from our balcony was wonderful. We sat out there in the evenings enjoying a beverage and a book.Thank you for a great vacation!!!

Very Nice

It was perfect for our 2 night stay. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and the beds very comfy. We really enjoyed the private balcony overlooking the ocean. I would recommend for anyone who wants a nice quiet get away.

Great condo with a perfect view

We stayed here for a fun weekend getaway and it was amazing! The condo is very clean and decorated really nicely. It had everything we needed (plates, cups, etc) and we were provided beach towels. The private balcony was amazing! Great view of the beach, and easy access to getting to the beach. Lots of great places to shop and eat in close proximity. I would stay here again in a second!

Lovely View/Convenient Location

Unit was clean and as described. Owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. Large grocery store and Walgreens are across street, and it is easy to avoid much of the traffic congestion when driving to DIS.

Great host and great room!

The host was outstanding with accommodations of our request. Very clean and nice room. The building itself which is a resort was ok but outdated and needed some renovations and repairs in certain areas. The host and their particular room has no control over this matter. But I’d definitely book this room again and would use this host!

The unit itself was great and as described. We did have trouble with the fridge but it was taken care of right away without losing any food! The property... it was less than desirable with two young kids. We were told ahead of time the pools were not up and running, which was fine. What we also found when we got there is that the drive thru/drop off was closed off and no carts to bring stuff in (we saw maybe 3 of these carts the whole stay). To park in the parking lot next to the property and get to our room was quite a haul, particularly with two young kids. In addition, the elevators are being worked on until "October 2026", which made them very slow and usually only one (which one that day is anyones guess) working each day.

Colander and dish rack under the sink had old lettuce in itOld baked beans in sink upon arrivalWater and sand dumped from the balcony above which we cleaned up. No offer to clean and no direct contact with them.No microwave bowls or dishesUnruly block party attracted many overactive teens for a planned block party on the beach. It was at the neighboring property with resort knowledge. Did not feel safe. Yelling and screaming.Electric outlet at desk did not work.Public knowledge of permits to fix hurricane damage from 2 years ago indicate apathy or something else.Vrbo site indicates pools, hot tub etc non of which was able to be used. Remove them from the list.Conflicting parking information. Had to park one block away across the busy street.No luggage carts available on arrival day. Told to go look for them at the resort.Very little beach items. Had to buy beach chairs. No thanks for our donation to the unit.Lack of basic items
