5 stars all the way. We loved the beach. We went swimming and sat in the hottub. We loved watching the waves. The condo was clean and cozy. I can't wait to go back. 5 stars thank you it was the best little condo on the beach.

Please view over 100 reviews from the past 8 years averaging 9.8 of 10. My rates have been discounted by 40% at Daytona Beach Resort during the past year to compensate for ongoing renovations necessary due to hurricane damage. This guest was given a full disclosure of the inconveniences, and discounts, prior to booking and confirmed her desire to complete the reservation. Most of those repairs have now been completed.

Bill was an outstanding host. We booked our reservations at a 40% discount due to the pools, hot tubs and amenities being closed. We were pleasantly surprised when the discounts were honored even though the main pool, hot tub, fitness room and sauna were re-opened prior to our stay. We have stayed at Daytona Beach Resort several times and this unit is, by far, the nicest of any.

Everything was perfect and as described. First thing that stood out was the cleanliness. The decor was thoughtful and appropriate. Views are STUNNING. The pool is actually heated! Last place we stayed advertised as such and it definitely was not. Bike Week is of course noisy, but once you get on the balcony and listen to the gentle yet crashing waves, it's pure bliss. Hot tub and sauna were great, too. Host is very responsive and helpful although once we got there, we didn't need anything. Centrally located across the street from Publix, Walgreens, close to dozens of restaurants and right on the beach. What more could you ask for?

Williams place was exactly like the picture showed. There was an issue and William personally called to apologize which was amazing! We loved the view from our room, even got to see whales from our room Christmas morning! The indoor pool was not heated but we were there for the beach anyways! We will be back! It was so close to the tidepools that we went every day!

Great location

Loved the location on the beach. Bill was a great host and very responsive to emails. There are so many great restaurants to choose from as well as activities. The property was very clean and stocked with many essentials. Had a great beach vibe to the decor. We would definitely book this location in the future if we had a need!

Great View

My sister and I stayed for three nights while visiting family in the area. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a great view with spectacular sun rises each morning. I definitely enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony. Overall, we enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful Condo

This was a fantastic week getaway for my family. Beautiful condo with everything we could need. The beach was perfect with a lifegaurd right out in front of the resort. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo!! Hopefully we will be back soon.

Very Nice

My family stayed for 3 nights before heading over to Disney. The pools were closed, but the owner did a great job communicating with us and keeping us in the loop! The condo was clean and the beach was great!

Please view over 100 reviews for this unit over the past 8 years averaging 9.8 of 10. In total I have 6 units listed with VRBO. Over the past 20 years these units have received over 1,000 reviews averaging over 9.8. My rates at Daytona Beach Resort were discounted by 25-40% during 2024 and 2025 to compensate for ongoing renovations necessary due to hurricane damage. Prior to confirming the reservation, this guest was provided with a complete list of projects disclosing the lack of amenities and the discounts being provided. She replied stating her desire to confirm the reservation. As of 11/15/25, most of the repairs have been completed. If any renovations are ongoing at the time of future bookings, a complete disclosure will, as always, be provided. If guest does not find the disclosed conditions to be acceptable, all fees will be refunded.
