Cleanliness was over the top. The place is beautiful. The pool was ok. Kinda small for the amount of people. The pool is not run by the host but the subdivision I guess. Places to eat close by. Shops everywhere. I would stay here again. I would recommend to anyone that wants clean, and a structured place.

Great property golf cart and bikes great to get around. Place was clean and plenty of room for big family.

Spring Break Retreat

Perfect accommodations for a getaway with girlfriends. Plenty of open spaces, inside and out. Really appreciated the 3 and a half bathrooms.

Wonderful Beach House

Best rental ever! Great neighborhood! Enjoyed the golf cart and bicycles more than expected! I’m 64 and rode a bike for the first time in many many years! Loved the house and space for our family! I hope to be back!

Close to beach, some issues

Overall good location. Management company was good. Issues with house and probably due to the fact it’s for sale. Cleanliness wasn’t the best at all, toilet upstairs was clogged on arrival, had to plunge. Kitchen sink leaked, I fixed myself under the sink. Owner changed wifi prior to stay so took 4 days to get internet which was terrible for work as cell signal isn’t great. Some dirty sheets/pillowcases so changed those out. Also, stayed for 9 nights, make sure to bring own toilet paper, soap, dish detergent etc, cause we only had 6 people and ran out in 4 days. With 12, much faster so kinda shoddy starter kit.

Good family place

Good pre-communication and easy check-in with the codes. The house was clean and nice. Very little in the way of supplies but there was a little dish soap, 2 laundry pods, a paper towel roll and toilet paper in each bathroom. Enough to get us by until we went to the store. The kitchen items were sparse and not the best quality. There was only one small cookie sheet and it was very used and dirty. There were no pool bracelets upon arrival and we didn’t notice until after 5 pm when the office was closed. We just went ahead to the pool and a security guy let us in when we showed him our pool gate code and confirmation email. Management brought the bracelets the next day around 11am after getting my voicemail from the night before. Not a big issue since no one ever asked to see the bracelets. Golf cart and bikes were fun and useful. Plenty of room for parking between the driveway and garage. Nice place for our family of 10.

5 star experience

We absolutely loved our stay! This house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Loved having the bikes and golf cart! It was in the perfect location for relaxation but close enough to beaches, restaurants and shops! The pool was amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

Great house

There was 11 of us total, 6 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of space for everyone., all the kids bunked together. House was very clean, bathrooms were spotless. Kitchen is very spacious and we cooked many meals. Kids enjoyed the back patio. The golf cart was an absolute must for going to the beach. This was so great to have, and we loved it Overall, property was fantastic!
