Beautiful House!

Everything about this house was amazing!! The amount of space in every room was perfect for our family. The location of the house was great and easy to get back to Seaside or a quick trip to Rosemary.

Slice of heaven

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was extremely clean and comfortable and was very nice. The neighborhood was fabulous and our family thoroughly enjoyed the private beach access and pool. Check in/out was very easy and straightforward! We will definitely be back!

Last minute booking

We chose this home after staying by the big chill for a week, wanted to extended our stay by 2 days. Home was wonderful, extremely comfortable beds. The only complaint was the maid service was parked outside of the home 40 minutes prior to check out waiting for us to checkout at 10am.That made for a stressful departure and was not enjoyable-felt like a damper on the end of the trip. Did not use the checkout portal as the maid service was well ahead of checkout time.

Beautiful and very clean house

We loved the house esp the beautiful screened in porch. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet. We went in August and the beach was not crowded at all. Short bike ride to pool and boardwalk. Also loved that they had bikes for us to use. Thank you!!

Fun Fall Getaway

We loved our stay in Watersound West. This house was the perfect size for our family of four and the bikes were a great perk. We rode them every day to the beach, pool and down to Seaside. We had one small maintenance issue and the property management addressed it quickly. We look forward to our next trip back!

Great stay love Watersound

Excellent property & location! The house was amazing. Came with plenty of beach chairs, toys, & even a wagon. Perfect layout for a large family. The only issue was... the couch was pretty stained and ripped. Made me feel a little strange sitting on it. Other than that, property was spotless.

Nice House

The house was nice and we like the neighborhood. Having the bikes was great as we did not have to bring or rent any. The only negative comment I have is this place is very nice, but comforters/blankets were Bed pads/liners?? very odd.

Wonderful beach getaway

This is a beautiful beach home in a beautiful community. Pros: home is nice and very accommodating for kids and families. The bikes were a nice touch, the neighborhood pool was fantastic, the location near the Hub and rentals was great, and the beach was very private and an easy bike ride away. Cons: if you have very small children, this may not be the best. the beach is a bike ride away, then a nice walk down a boardwalk. It was easy for us as we have 10-11-12 year olds. The neighborhood does NOT allow rented golf carts and it was not advertised, however they were not strict with the rules as long as we didn't abuse it. The cleaning company doesn't do a GREAT job, but it was ok.

Great Neighborhood

We had to leave early due to Hurricane Helene, but our stay was overall very good. The hurricane is of no fault to the rental property. The property manager was also very polite and kind as we helped move patio furniture into the home to prepare. We love this neighborhood! The community pool is fantastic for all ages, and the boardwalk takes you out to a great beach near Deer Lake State Park. There are no crowds at this location as there are no high rises nearby. The house is decorated to perfection. There were bikes available, beach chairs, cleaning supplies, and a well-stocked kitchen. The beds were also very clean and comfortable. There was only one thing that bothered me. There was black mold growing on the shower downstairs. It was on the ceiling and starting to grow on the walls. My daughter and I are sick now with a sinus infection. We are the only two people in our family that took a shower in this bathroom. I would definitely return to this house if the mold is taken care of.

Wonderful visit to Watersound West Beach

This home was everything that we were hoping for during our one week stay. There were a couple of minor issues that the property management addressed really quickly. The 4 included bikes were a nice touch. Our child's favorite part of this community is the pool and I love riding bikes around the community without fear of being hit. We hope to return as soon as we can. Thank you!

Great location

Great experience. Really nice relaxing property. Only reason for 4 stars is the lack of some essential items (dishwasher detergent, dish soap) and convoluted check-in paperwork, not conducted through VRBO. Check your spam folders! Overall, would return.

Watersound is a great community and location. House was nice with adequate accommodations. We had a couple issues come up but property management quickly addressed.
