Beautiful home, located on a very quiet street, private back yard & lanai area. Large heated pool is perfect to enjoy the Florida sun! A grill for guests to use, lanai is perfect for dining outside with 2 ceiling fans. Cool evening, relax in our newly added hot tub! Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and cooler make a trip to the beach a breeze. We have board games & three TV's located inside in the event of a rainy day!

We really did enjoy our stay. My kids especially appreciated the pool and outdoor area behind the house. They said specifically how clean and well-maintained it was. I really appreciated how there were things that I couldn't have brought, yet you already thought of them and provided them- like nightlights, laundry baskets, a kitchen filled with tools and gadgets to cook almost anything, filtered water, and ice waiting for me in the freezer. The beds were super comfy too. Everyone had plenty of space and the neighborhood was super quiet. It was so fun to learn about the Burrowing Owls in the neighborhood- some on the same street. They are very cute! This house was a great place to stay.

Wonderful!

We were incredibly happy with our stay. The property provided everything we needed and more. Truly felt like a “home away from home.” The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The pool was WONDERFUL. My children (5 & 3) said it was their favorite part! Would certainly recommend this property to anyone I know.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay here. From the beginning the manager was super nice and accommodating. The house was super clean and nice! The layout is amazing especially with the pool in back. This is definitely a place we will return to. Thanks again!

Christmas Getaway

Very nice and neat home with fenced in back yard for our pups. Open floor plan that allowed space but also family time. Bicycles (2) provided along with fishing poles, beach chairs and accessories, ping-pong table, hot tub and pool. Even though we spent time doing things in town and nearby areas, we enjoyed the house amenities daily. Neighbors were friendly as well. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. We did a grocery pick-up and ate mostly at home. We are a family of 7 and definitely had enough room for all of us to enjoy. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future. The house manager was also amazing to work with.

Immaculate home - clean, spacious, and relaxing!

My wife and I wanted a comfortable place to stay for a few nights while visiting our parents in Ft. Myers (two separate sets of parents, don't worry). We worried that bringing our dogs - one small, one mid-sized - would narrow our options too much; we've stayed with the dogs at a La Quinta before but wanted more personal space this time. Fortunately, this house had everything we needed and would've been a prime candidate even without the dog requirement. The host proactively sent info on how to check in and followed up at every step of the way; she also responded quickly and politely to every question I had, accommodating us kindly with a couple special considerations. We got in far later than intended the first night (probably near 11pm), but access was easy. The house was clean and tidy, the bed comfortable, the patio a relaxing luxury, and the pool and ping pong table a ton of fun for our kid. There's plenty of room - more than we needed, really - that made it extremely easy to have each set of parents over for hours of visiting and playing in the pool. Really couldn't ask for more from start to finish. Great house, great host, and great experience!

Pool was great! The heater did a great job of keeping the water nice! House was well equipped. We found everything that we needed.

I'm from MN and fell in love with Cape Coral after a couple visits there! Wanting to offer guests the same opportunity or simply a stay that feels like home away from home! I enjoy being so close to alot of restaurants, shopping and beaches! And yet the neighborhood is very private and relaxing!

Great neighborhood, everyone is very friendly and helpful! Close to downtown, approximately a half hour drive from Fort Myers Airport. Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island & Bonita Springs are all less than 25 miles away from the house.
