This newly constructed Suncadia Resort home is nestled just off of Rope Rider’s 6th Green. Reve Spa Lodge is the perfect retreat for 5 to 6 couples or up to 5 families with children. As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the huge, open-concept, great room with soaring 30ft ceilings, a gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 70” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious patio with a gas fire pit, gas BBQ, and a large private hot tub. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the great views of the golf course when staying at this home.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, sub-zero fridge, wolf range, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 6. The dining table is just steps away and it seats 8 comfortably.

The kids will love the fun bonus room that has a TV lounge, foosball table, and a full over a full bunk bed.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
**The home is protected with external security cameras at the front of the house.
