As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the huge, open-concept, great room with soaring 30ft ceilings, a gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and an 85” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious patio with a gas fire pit, gas BBQ, and a large private hot tub. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the great outdoors when staying at this home. If its chilly at night relax under the covered patio section and enjoy the warm heaters overhead.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, two dishwashers, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 6. The dining table is just steps away and it seats 10 to 12 comfortably.

* The 2nd upper floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and a private bath featuring a large soaking tub, and a tile shower. This bedroom also has a balcony overlooking the forest.

You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
