Welcome to this 6 Bed (5 bedrooms, one weight room) 3 Bathroom Home w/ a 2 Car Garage & Amenities. This house is conveniently located in Echo Hills near New Market Square, Sedgwick County Park, and the Sedgwick County Zoo! Amenities at the property include a beautiful, spacious updated home with a fitness room, game room, washer/dryer and a kitchen with pots, pans, and other essentials! Local bookings must be approved in advance by the host.

This property is perfect for corporate guests, couples, and families.



You will be close to local restaurants and shopping at New Market Square! You will also be a close drive away from the Airport, Sedgwick County Park, and the world famous Sedgwick County Zoo!



Park your vehicle in 2 car garage attached to the property. Then take off your shoes, and be greeted by an updated and cozy living space. Relax and enjoy your favorite show on the large television in the living room!

The house was great for our large group who was in town for an event. Lots of beds and space for everyone to hang out. Great space in a nice neighborhood.

This place was excellent as far as having enough space and beds for our large family. It was very minimalist but the beds were SUPER comfortable, lots of pillows and blankets and space. The kitchen is minimally stocked and could use a good refresh of typical kitchen supplies (enough forks/silverware for the amount of people this place can accommodate for example). We are very easy going people, so we made everything work, but it is something to know going in.

We stayed here two night for our daughter's wedding. The home had enough bedrooms to accommodate all 12 of us.The home did not reflect what the listing pictures showed. The home was not clean. The floors were dirty, the counter tops and tables were sticky with noticeable spills from the previous guests. There were stains on the pillows, couch, and rugs. The carpet on the stairs was dirty, and the upstairs smelled like pet urine.We also couldn't let the kids play outside because there was broken glass from beer bottles on the patio. We had to buy a pack and play because the one provided was broken.When we told the host about the condition of the house, there was no apology or offer to fix the problem or reimbursement. She just asked for the pictures I took of the unclean areas of the home. I would not recommend staying here.

Hometown family friendly property

We stayed here to be close to family and it was a great house for our family to stay on Easter weekend. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Conveniently located and close to lots of shopping.

The house was good. There was an issue with the furnace fan not working correctly. Took a couple of days to resolve it but it was Easter weekend and it did get fixed. Francis, the property manager was good at keeping us updated on the repair. Property is a bit dated, could use some updating and TLC but overall served our needs.

Great stay in Wichita.

This house was perfect for our trip. We had plenty of room for all of the kids and adults (eleven in all). The pack and play was a nice extra for the baby in the group. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, which is very nice. The neighborhood is calm and quiet.

Great home for family stay

I choose to stay here due to proximity to family. The house is as advertised. We were very happy with the set up. Comfortable beds, furniture, etc. Nearby shopping too! Would stay here again.

Plenty of space

Our family met in Wichita as a central location for the holidays for family from Iowa and family in Texas. Plenty of rooms to choose from and lots of space to lounge. Loved our walks in the neighborhood. Great location
