Unbelievable!
This property is well kept and well stocked with comfortable accommodations. However, I would recommend taking pictures of everything if you decide to stay here. I was promptly charged by the hostess before they she even corresponded with me for a remote control that none of us even touched. This was less than 24-hours after leaving the property. We traveled to Clarksville for my mother-in-law’s funeral and spent limited time in the apartment. My car was packed with items for a two-week trip and in valet parking during our correspondence. I checked the belongings I had with me and promised to check the others as soon as I could. Unfortunately, the hostess questioned my character twice in writing. There was garbage in the yard when we checked in, which she denied and asked for a picture to prove it. We also could not get into the apartment easily because the electronic code did not work and the lockbox was very hard to see because it was dimly lit. The response I recently received to this was that we needed align the numbers more precisely. Very challenging after a long day of driving. All this said, I would not recommend this property. I have stayed in many VRBO properties and have never been treated this way. To me, customer service, courtesy, and respect is the most valuable.
