( 1 ROLLAWAY BED STORED IN BUNK ROOM CLOSET) (2nd ROLL AWAY BED STORED IN DOWNSTAIRS FOYER CLOSET. 1 large comfortable reclining leather sectional with USB ports. couches. 3 car driveway, garage with some storage space, elliptical, thread climber, recumbent bike, spin bike exercise ball and yoga mats. WiFi, Smart TVs w/ Roku every room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, complimentary seasonings/oil. Complimentary tea, coffee/creamer/sugar. Washer/Dryer/Tide pods. Dedicated work spaces with desk and chair, foosball table pol table/ping pong, corn hole & board games, puzzles for the whole family. Wood burning FP, wood provided. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place the used towels in the laundry hamper inside each bathroom linen closet.
Place used linen in laundry hamper in each bedroom closet. Linen from rollaway beds place on washing machine. Place dishes in dishwasher and start. Dishwasher PODs are under the kitchen sink.
Empty trash in all rooms into the large trash cans out front.
Leave vinyl cover off fire pit. Remove all trash bottles, cans and cigar/cigarette butts from the area and place in the trash can.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
