Nestled among the treetops, this unique octagon shaped home has plenty of amenities, including the use of 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool (with a sauna & hot tubs), tennis courts and a volleyball/basketball court all within in a small village setting. This is a home with all the amenities of a condo!
This waterfront home has two levels and a partial view of the lake due to the trees in the summer. Features include a large Master Suite with a King bed & private bath, Guest Bedroom with a Queen bed, and a sofa sleeper in the lower level living area, plus a full kitchen, extra half-bath, dining area and is located just a short walk from one of the three outdoor pools. Please note that due to limited space in these unique homes the kitchen has smaller appliances than a regular home and the spiral staircase to the lower level is somewhat narrow.

Tree Top Village is located on Horseshoe Bend/Lake Ozark and by water at the 12.5 mile marker next to the Four Seasons Cove Golf Course and is also close to restaurants, attractions and shopping including the 80 store outlet mall.

Great Stay

The rental was exactly as described, with an amazing view of the lake. The rental was perfect for a last minute weekend getaway, close to many restaurant and attractions, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Nice place

My family enjoyed our nights at Tree top 16. Unique and fun place. Great location (near the pool) and also a quick drive to the four season marina. The king bed was really soft and comfortable.

Perfect location, just steps away from pool, lake and docks. The area was nice and quiet, but close enough to shopping and groceries, as well as activities. Would recommend to all our friends!

Perfect for a short getaway

Everything was perfect and beat expectations. The house was cozy, and the 360 lake views (through an all glass wall design) was serene. The kitchen is compact but was well equipped; it was able to handle needs for a short stay. Both bed rooms are good size and good for kids or adults. All in all perfect for a family getaway - one you can enjoy all four seasons.

Unexpected heaven, read my review!

I had an event close to here, thought this was as good a place as any. I was wrong. This place was amazing. I am very harsh on my reviews. Very clean, peaceful, you wake up and actually see the lake with your head still on your pillow. Oh and where did they get mattresses that comfy? I am already planning a trip back here! The property manager is great and friendly. I stand by this place. Give it a shot, you wonā€™t retreat it!

Location is great - close to lots of activities and restaurants. Pool by water was delightful. View is beautiful. Unit needs some simple maintenance and cleaning is adequate but should be stepped up. King size bed is excessively soft and needs replacing.

Beautiful view of the lake

The location is great and the cabin has a beautiful view of the lake! The kids really enjoyed the layout of the cabin with the upstairs and downstairs rooms. The cabin had everything we needed. The only thing is that the cleaning crew did not do a very good job as we found hairs in the bathrooms and food on the couch. I personally donā€™t mind and just cleaned it up, but we are paying a cleaning fee for this.

Pleasantly surprised

Better than we expected. After reading previous reviews, we anticipated no view of the lake. The view was STUNNING. Yes, there are trees in front of windows but you can still see plenary of the lake. B/c the property is situated in trees, you not only get a lake view but also wildlife. We saw beautiful birds, baby dear, cranes etcā€¦ This property is a stones throw from the dock and lovely pool. Next year weā€™ll bring a raft and binoculars to better see birds. Our Labrador Retriever had a blast swimming and the gated off porch was the perfect place for her to dry off. This is a lovely property. Look forward to our next stay.

Perfect location

I stayed here for a weekend of fall foliage hiking, and it was just perfect. Ha Ha Tonka State Park and Lake Ozark State Park are within 25 minute drives of this placeā€”theyā€™re both beautiful this time of year and I highly recommend if you love hiking and fall colors. This cabin was clean, in a quiet area, and so beautiful being right on the lake. I enjoyed the massive windows and being able to watch the chipmunks and squirrels play, as well as the reds and oranges of the trees nearby. Only thing that couldā€™ve made it better is a hot tub on the deck! Wishing I had brought a kayak with me because I could have launched it right into the water from the bottom of the cabin. This cabin is lovely, who cares about the dated decor. Thatā€™s not why you came here, right? Those complaining about that need a reality check. I would definitely return.

Calm Weekend

The unit was furnished very nicely, kitchen had everything you would need to cook in the unit or on the grill. The light that comes in the upper bedroom at night made it hard for either of us to get a good night's sleep either night. It would be virtually impossible to go up and down the stairs with belongings as it is a very narrow steep circular set of stairs, you have to walk around the patch and come in through the downstair door. The listing does indicate that the lake view might be obstructed by the trees, I did it expect it to be almost hidden. We were also disappointed that there was not access to the lake from the unit other than to walk around other units and down a steep hill.

Amazing Birthday Getaway but needs cleaned & updated!

Owner was super nice and amazing to work with. Our family had a great time celebrating my birthday! Lake view was amazing even though you were in a cove and had to look through the trees. There is no access to the lake from the unit except to climb down a steep hill. Our dogs loved that they could stay on the deck with us due to the closed gate but it was very difficult finding them a place to use the bathroom as there is no yard at all. That being said, I have never left a bad review, but the unit was not very clean as listed. Ceiling fan had to be cleaned before used, decoration, bedding and furniture were very outdated, floor needed swept, and the pull out mattress was absolutely awful! There were cob webs inside and outside mainly everywhere. There were no tv's in bedrooms, no soap in downstairs bathroom (which was shared with the water heater and washer/dryer - scary area), I also hit my head on the beam next to the downstairs bathroom numerous times. One of the downstairs top windows had fell to the bottom and my husband and I tried for 30 minutes to hold it up to latch it but it finally fell and the bottom window cracked and it cut my finger. One of the upstairs window screen fell out. Several electric outlets did not work. The upstairs bathtub stopper was missing and had to use a washcloth to plug it up for 3 yr old grandson. Again, I do not like leaving bad reviews and in spite of the minor inconveniences our family made very special memories. The main thing is that it was not cleaned very well as that is hard to overlook.
