Marty purchased this House in 1996
Why Marty chose Tollgate Canyon
Towerhouse is located up a semi-improved road off of I80. In the Winter months you MUST have an all-wheel drive or 4x4 vehicle with snow tires. The roads are plowed, but snow-packed in the Winter and there are 'steep' grades. This location is for the adventurous minded traveler. This is mountain living at it's best, there are lots of log cabins in this friendly community called Pine Meadows Ranch. The views are spectacular and the wildlife is plentiful. On a daily basis we will see Deer, Elk, Moose, Hawks etc. We look across the valley to the 3 Park City area ski resorts; Deer Valley, Park City and Canyons. At night we can see the lights of the Heber Valley. Towerhouse was fetured in the magazine Utah Syle and design when it was built in 1996. At the time it was cutting edge with it's use of green materials, radiant heat and unique architecture. The house is 4-stories with 200sq feet on each floor. There are some interesting features that will catch the eye of any artist or designer.
What makes this House unique
The views are spectacular and the wildlife is plentiful. On a daily basis we will see Deer, Elk, Moose, Hawks etc. We look across the valley to the 3 Park City area ski resorts; Deer Valley, Park City and Canyons (now owned by Vail). At night we can see the lights of the Heber Valley. Towerhouse was fetured in the magazine Utah Syle and design when it was built in 1996. At the time it was cutting edge with it's use of green materials, radiant heat and unique architecture. The house is 4-stories tall with 200sq feet on each floor. There are some interesting features that will catch the eye of the artist or designer. If you want a real Rocky Mountain experience this is it. Out the door you can go sledding, hiking, x-country skiing or snowshoeing.
