This stylish place to stay is perfect for family/group trips. Brand new Craftsman-style home offers a charming space with everything you need for a wonderful stay in this much-desired area of the city. Just a few minute walk to the lake, the park, and a variety of shops and restaurants. Downtown Seattle is a short, 12 minute drive away. The home has a spacious, fully-equipped, elegant kitchen where you can cook your favorite meals & feel right at home. Living room with TV/WiFi for relaxation.
The space
Charming, brand-new build home in the Greenlake area offers the experience of living in this beautiful area of the city. Located just minutes from the lake and Woodland Park Zoo just up the hill, you are able to explore so much here. Bus line is only a few block away connecting you to all of the shops, restaurants and other attractions the area has to offer. This is a beautiful area to explore and do some walking around the lake and park areas.
A Supermarket is just a couple minutes away, in the Wallingford district, for all of your grocery shopping needs.

This 4 BR, 3 BA home features an elegant, comfortable Master bedroom with Vaulted Ceiling, a Queenh bed with a spacious walk-in closet, and the adjoining Master Bathroom which includes a walk-in shower, deck-mounted soaking tub for your relaxation, and double-sink vanity, as well as fancy linen closet. This home includes a deck on the second floor (accessible also from Master Bedroom), and a main floor back patio, as well as front yard and fenced back yard.
***HOUSE LAYOUT ***
First Floor:
- Warm, comfy and soft living room area with Vaulted ceiling and a fireplace provides a nice place to kick back and relax, and enjoy WiFi as well as Smart TV with all of the major Streaming apps (NFLX, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Video, YouTube, etc). You are also able to laze in the Leather couches in this space.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen with brand-new Stainless Steel appliances, with an Island for your use to enjoy sitting and enjoying a snack or meal, or chill on your laptop. This kitchen includes high end, sturdy cookware to prepare your delicious meals. Dining area includes a dining table for 6.
- Bedroom with Queen bed and spacious closet for your clothing and other items. Nice view of the backyard area.
- Full Bathroom with shower, bathtub and sink.
- Laundry room with Washer and Dryer, as well as counter space & a small sink for your use during your stay.
- Pantry closet with plenty of storage space.
Second Floor:
- Master Bedroom, as described above, with Full Bathroom, and access to balcony.
- Two (2) Bedrooms, each with Single Bed and closet.
- Full private Bathroom with shower, bathtub and sink. (In Master Bedroom)
- Bonus Room with a Desk/Chair arrangement where you can set up your work area.
Guest access
The entire house is accessible for use by the guests, except the Garage, there will be no access to the garage. Also there is an under-stairwell storage closet that will be locked and not accessible, it is only used by our Cleaners.
Guests will have access to private, driveway parking (1 car) and there is also free street parking on the same street.
Other things to note
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING; BY BOOKING, YOU AGREE AND CONSENT TO THESE TERMS:
1. * NOTE: Only persons aged 23 or older are able to book this place.
2.【NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED】
We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $200 fines will be charged for violating the rule.
3.【QUIET HOURS 9 PM-8 AM】
We strive to be respectful of our neighbors as this is a family neighborhood so we try hard to not have any noise or nuisance problems that cause complaints from neighbors, hence we really appreciate your cooperation in this effort. Any noise complaints will result in cancellation of the reservation and remaining nights non-refundable.
4.【NO ANIMALS/PETS】
Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly. Please DON'T book if you plan to bring pets with you. Also note that if any unauthorized pet(s)s found found in the vacation home, we will ask that it/they be removed immediately and will result in a non-refundable fee of $300.
5.【NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, NO VAPING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $200 violation fee. Additionally, this will also result in cancellation of the reservation and any remaining nights non-refundable.
6. 【NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house. Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
7.【NUMBER OF GUESTS】
Please note that the number of beds can only accommodate 6 guests here; if you need to bring more than that, please consult with us first, as any deviation will be on a case-by-case basis. However at no time can more than two (2) additional guests be approved (8 total), and each additional guest will be subject to a $25 per night fee. Any unauthorized guests will result in cancellation of the reservation and remaining nights non-refundable.
8.【Early Check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in whenever it is possible, depending on status of Cleaners etc. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case-by-case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
9.【Late Check-out】
Late Checkout can be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on same day reservation and proper timing/coordination with our Cleaner. If approved, up to 1 additional hour will be allowed (must check out by 11:00 AM). If not checked out by 11:00 AM, we have to charge for extra night (for that day).
10. 【Personal Belongings】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out, make sure to check all drawers, closets, electrical outlets, nightstands for any personal items, clothing or electronics/cables prior to checking out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will ship it to you and only ask you to pay the associated postage if it turns out to be a significant cost.
11. Please note that, while small children are welcome, this is not a child-proofed home, (except that the glass dining edges are foam protected - to ensure the safety of all guests of course!) so you will need to keep all children under your close supervision and take any appropriate steps for their safety.
12. For stays longer than two (2) weeks, a mid-stay cleaning service will be required. This will be 1/2 of the cost of the regular cleaning fee. As part of this, all items will be replenished/stocked.
Neither the Host/manager nor the Property Owner will be responsible for any accidents or injury to the guest(s) and/or their visitors, or loss of money or valuables of any kind. Acceptance of this reservation and booking is explicit agreement to the above limitations of host, manager, and owner liability limitations.
