This end unit is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, features crown molding, beautiful wood cabinets, carpet bedrooms, hardwood living room floor, tile kitchen and bathrooms. Townhome has convenient access to both the Gulf of Mexico and the Sound. Just a short walk across the street to the beach with the sound located close behind our cozy townhome. Enjoy all the same beach getaway romance as others but within a more reasonable cost. The white beaches and emerald green waters will take your breath away and make Navarre your vacation of choice for years to come. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with flat screen tv, attached full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has 2 Double beds, flat screen tv and attached full bathroom, tub/shower combo.
This property features a fully equipped kitchen, walkout deck from dining room, linens, washer/dryer,outside shower, under unit carport with parking for 2, wireless internet, cable, patio chairs and umbrella. Step out onto one of the 3 private decks and enjoy the sound of the crashing waves or watch the birds gliding through the clear blue skies. The bike bath is right outside the front door for easy riding from Navarre Beach down to Pensacola Beach. Come relax with us at "Sea La Vie" you deserve it!

This is a good home in a perfect location. The home is a bit older but it certainly matches the price point. Location is perfect with a short walk across the street to Navarre beach and ypu can drive or walk to the Navarre Pier. We have stayed in Destin on a few occasions but we like the less crowded feel of Navarre.

Great place in a great spot!

We had a wonderful time! The location is so great, with beach access just steps away! Gorgeous views of both the sound and its amazing sunsets and of the glorious gulf! We had everything we needed and we will definitely stay here again!

IWonderful space and location

Perfect location further down the island where there are a little less people on the public beaches. Living area was comfortable and airy. Would recommend the golf cart addition!

Easy Peaceful Stay

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the space. We cooked most of our meals there. The kitchen had everything we needed. Sat one the porches for our morning coffee. The beaches were amazing! Thank you!

Great Vacation!!

I booked this extremely last minute after having my trip cancelled to comfortable!! 10 out of 10 recommend!! My only recommendation for the owners is to put some room darkening curtains in the master bedroom, the FL sun is bright

Had the best time. Great townhouse-well appointed, clean, comfortable, excellent location. Enjoyed the bikes. Was able to fully rest and relax. Would recommend and return.

We LOVED the rental. It is as pictured and had everything you can imagine needing. Space was perfect for our family and the beach is literally across the street (cross at the crosswalk). We didn't even need the extra chairs, boogie boards or umbrellas.

Absolutely loved staying here!! Everything was spotless inside and the views couldn’t be better! The place is right across the street from the beach access. We would literally look out the front porch and be able to see the gulf side. The back porch rocking chairs was a great place to sip coffee and enjoy the sound side views. Love that there was beach chairs to use, and some other fun toys for the beach. Highly recommend, and will definitely be staying again!!

Loved the outdoor decks and rockers! Everything we needed, clean and comfy but could use a new Teflon skillet. TV was a little confusing. Loved the beach right across street! Would stay here again!

Home away from Home!!!

This condo was easy to find and the accessability to the beach was across the street! This was truly a home away from home! My kids and mom enjoyed our stay and relaxation.The listed photos were exactly as how we found on the property. Great decor and beautiful!! I will definitely return!! Very affordable and well kept! The owners were friendly and very attentive. Already have friends wanting info for rental!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

We did not need anything, kitchen was well equipped and there was even beach gear available for use in the storage closet. The townhome was very clean and nicely decorated. You can't go wrong staying here!

This place has RATS.

This place has RATS inside! Rats outside also. They are not mice they are rats. Very disappointed. Worst thing is they (the owner) knew it because there was pest control devices plugged into the walls. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

We take all guest concerns seriously, especially those involving the comfort and cleanliness of our home. However, we want to clarify that no rodent activity has ever been observed or reported at this property by any prior or subsequent guests, nor was anything reported during this guest's stay. The guest contacted us via email a full week after their departure, stating they believed a bag left on the counter had bite marks. At no point during their stay did they notify us of any issue, nor was any photo evidence provided to support the claim. They also confirmed that they never saw a rodent of any kind during their visit. As a proactive measure, we place enclosed pest control deterrents under the kitchen sink in all of our beach homes. This is a standard and responsible practice in coastal areas where beach mice can occasionally be present outdoors. These items are not indicative of an active issue but a preventative step to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all guests. We responded promptly and professionally to the guest's post-stay concerns, explained our preventative pest control measures, and attempted to reassure them. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to accept our explanation. We stand by the cleanliness and condition of our home and remain committed to providing a safe, enjoyable experience for every guest.

Perfect Beach Stay

This property was well maintained, clean, and perfectly situated on Navarre Beach! We were almost directly across from a quieter public beach access. It was so easy to walk back and forth with the kids. We spent a lot of time outside on the mid-level decks, but mostly on the ground-level porch. I love the rocking chairs! The deck views were beautiful! Inside, the kitchen was well supplied with ample seating for our party of 5. The couch was perfect for family movie nights. The bedrooms were nice with comfy beds. The only difficulty was that the drier was on its last leg. Expect to run it two or three times. I would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet beach away from the crowds

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach access was right across the road, you could see the ocean from the bedroom. You could also see the dunes and bay from the back deck . Everything you need to enjoy the beach was available, from umbrellas, chairs, towels, and a rolling cart to take it all. The unit was very clean and spacious. Navarre beach is close to the national seashore if you want to experience other quiet beaches. This is a less touristy area if you just want to enjoy the beautiful water and beach. The last day we were there, schools of manta rays came within feet of the shore, then the dolphins showed up to feed on the lemon fish that were jumping out of the water, that was a great last day!

Great location, comfortable stay!

We loved the location of this VRBO! You are right across the road from the beach so it is an easier walk, which we made multiple times per day. Very thankful not to have to load up the car to go to the beach! The home is comfortable and has all the necessities for a week long stay. A few small things to note, especially if you have babies or small kids (or if you like to sleep past 5:30!). Only the larger room has room darkening curtains (not blackout in either) which would be helpful in both rooms. The door to the bigger room also squeaks when opening and shutting, a nonissue unless you have little ones sleeping. The balcony upstairs isn’t accessible as the door is stuck. The back door main level door is very difficult to lock, which would be my topic priority to get worked on!

Geat location for beach lovers!

stayed for a week and the unit was clean and had everything that you need. The bedrooms were big than described and was nice to have an extra half batroom. The kitchen had everything you need to make you feel that you are at home ( we use paper plates but there is plenty of plates and silverware for you to use). We had 3 kids with us and the water in the back to wash out the sand and kayaks was a plus. The storage room have a lot of beach accessories: chairs, boards, umbrellas, floaters and also sand toys. We didn't know about it so we didnt get yo use them because we brought our stuff from home, probably that stuff is been left from other families because not everything is in good working condition but it will help if you dont have nothing with you. The beach acces is few meters across the condo, 2 minutes walking, closer than it looks in the Google maps, we walked with our kayaks to the beach with no problems. We really recommend this place if you love the beach and have little ones with you, the grocery stores are a short drive and there is a lot of restaurants nearby. We really had a very nice and relaxed stay :)
