Room was nice, everything worked as it should. Elevators were quick and no issues with parking. Little noisy during the day while they work on the steps.

Modernized property with amazing beach access & a great view

If you are looking for a clean property with a modern update, this is a great rental. The view and beach access are great! The location is very family friendly and we saw a lot of other families. Its much calmer than the Myrtle Beach area, which is what we wanted. I would stay here again, no questions. Thanks for sharing your place, our family had a great time!

Great place!

This place was so nice. It’s newly remodeled and clean. Great views of the ocean. Great location. We would defiantly stay again. The only issue we had was the netting attached to the balcony rails. It made it difficult to see the beach and ocean through the rails while sitting.

Sisters getaway

Couldn't be any cleaner. All the beds and furniture was very comfortable. Only two patio chairs for four guests was not enough, but that was the only complaint we. Overall a great experience. We will be back.

GREAT LOCATION

Loved the condo! Very pretty and clean and comfortable. Everything you would need in the kitchen (even though we did not cook alot). The view of the water and the beach was outstanding. Location in Garden City was minutes to all kinds of resturants and shops. Could see the pier from the balconey. Never stayed in Garden City but will again! Been going to Myrtle Beach for years but never again! Everthing was perfect!

Comfortable

We have vacationed many times in the Myrtle Beach/Garden City area but this was our first time at staying in a Horizon East condo. This condo was comfortable and roomy and overall very nice. The kitchen cabinets are definitely needing an update or a fresh coat of paint. What bothered me the most was the entry door. My first look at it made me worry what the inside of the condo was going to be like. I do want to say this condo is heads above every other condo I have stayed in when it comes to cleanliness. Bravo to the cleaning service that cares for this condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Garden City Condo

The condo was clean, spacious, and everything was as listed. The location was great. The beach was beautiful and having the pool was a plus. The condo had a few paperback books and some playing cards, which were nice to have. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The only slight negatives were having to check in elsewhere (but it was close) and not having any beach supplies such as beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc. We’ve rented many beachfront condos and they typically have at least chairs and towels. Also, we couldn’t have a golf cart and keep it on site. Overall, these were relatively minor negatives and we had a great time. We left some beach supplies (beach towels, boogie boards, Spikeball) for the next renters to enjoy.

Horizon East Condo

Of course, we checked out all the pictures online when we booked, but they could not capture the beautiful views and sound of the waves from our balcony. We had a fabulous stay. Loved the layout of our condo. Central location to outside adventure activities and great restaurants. Even a Krispy Kreme right up the road!!! The ocean/beaches were Heaven and we also enjoyed the pool. We had a fantastic time and look forward to booking with iTrip next year! (Mandy was fabulous!)

Nice condo with a beautiful view

The property was nice and right on the beach. It came stocked with all the kitchen items you could need including a washer and dryer. The water pressure is low and we had spotty internet but other than that, it was a great condo that I would recommend.

Great short vacay

Property was just as described. Only “issue” was that dishes were put away dirty by previous guests. (Supposed to wash and put away dishes before leaving). Hole still in wall covered by a picture but no big deal. Was a hole in patio screen door but again, no big deal. Great ocean front rental for six or less!
