Just what we needed

The condo was the perfect size for our group. Everyone was happy. We loved being so close to the beach and excellent seafood restaurants just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place , fabulous view

This place has been everything you could want if your looking for a great family vacation. The home was very clean and very well furnished. The convenience of being close to everything was fantastic. The best part by far was the spectacular ocean view . Just steps to the beach made it very convenient for the grandkids (2 & 4). I would recommend these accommodations to anyone wanting to have a great family friendly vacation . Will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed being on the water. The rooms were large, so it allowed plenty of space for the numerous adults that were traveling with us. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook with. The view was amazing. The people around us were friendly and helpful. Nice size pool. Overall great stay!

we enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was for the most part clean. The location is perfect. The grills outside need to be replaced. One does not work at all and the other one is in terrible shape.

Relaxed and Recharged

Surfside Beach is a place that is non-commercialized and low-keyed. Our stay was comfortable. The elevator was an added benefit. Comfortable furniture. A little TLC and a deep cleaning needed in condo. Pet friendly and elevator availability were primary reasons for our selection of this condo.

A wonderful vacation!

Despite a rough start to our vacation, finding the unit untouched by cleaners after the previous vacationers had left, we ended up having a great week. Itrip was quick to take care of the issue, and the condo was great. The weather was perfect, and the condo was nicely appointed. We would definitely come back again.

How Sweet It Is!

The views are spectacular here! This 3-bedroom Condo is so spacious and wonderful for entertaining! The only negative thing I would say is that the dining room chairs are awful. Mandy at the Itrip office is so sweet and accommodating. Next year will be our 3rd year staying here and just love it. It’s close to everything too.

College Graduation

This property was absolutely gorgeous! We were down for my daughters college graduation and made a small vacation out of it. I needed an elevator for my father in law. The view was perfection. Everything was amazing in the condo. I would absolutely stay here again. Missing the view and walks on the beach already. Thank you!

Happy campers!

The condo was exactly as described. The 3 bedrooms all had their own bath and were very clean. We stayed for 41 nights and loved being on Surfside Beach. The location is close to stores, restaurants, and entertainment. The I-trip property manager was great too.Honestly, the only room for improvement s would be to get new dining room chairs and a new set of frypans. We already signed up for next year! Being able to bring our fur babies sealed the deal.

Gorgeous view!

This condo was in a great location and was right on the beach with gorgeous views! Unfortunately the elevator was out the entire time due to the hurricane the week before we went but they were working on it when we left. The condo was spacious and well equipped. Beds were a little soft for our liking and they definitely need a new rug for the balcony. The one on it needs to be thrown in the trash. Overall it’s a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

Girls Beach Trip

The condo is nice but the owner needs to make it more “renter” friendly. It needs luggage racks and/or something to put your luggage on. Needs space in the kitchen for the renter’s food. Every cabinet was completely full with dishes, etc. Needs a better cleaning or at least the floors cleaned.

Very Nice 3 Bedroom Beachfront Condo

We decided to take a weekend trip to the Beach, since the weather looked gorgeous and it was my sons birthday. Made reservations 2 days before going. Great 3 Bed 3 Bath Condo located close to several great restaurant experiences including River City, Pizza Hyena, Bubbas Fish Shack and also close to Murrells Inlet (Claws, YUMMO Crab Nachos) The Condo had great views, very close to Beach, large sundeck, elevator, 3 floors in the building so it was nice and lots of parking. Two walk in Showers and one tub in the 3 baths, two beds in the two guest rooms and a king in the master, great beds for sleeping. Great Fall Prices. Would rent again

Thanksgiving Memories

Our group consisted of several sisters and our mom, along with a few of our daughters and a granddaughter. We booked this condo to spend some quality family time together and to shop for Christmas gifts. The condo was immaculate with a fabulous view of the ocean. The furniture was very comfortable and we had plenty of room to relax. This was really a nice place. Mandy was easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay. Mandy even checked in with us during our stay to see if she could do anything for us. I can honestly say that Mandy went the extra mile for us and made us feel special.

良かった点 : 枅朔床、チェックむン、コミュニケヌション、ロケヌション

Bad timing

Pool was covered first three days with no notice. Then oncovered to use but very cold and nails and screws at bottom.. apparently its the off season so pressurer washer next door all day. Grinders hammers etc.. overall. Ok stay, but would of been better with heated clean pool.
