We had an amazing weekend one of the most peaceful places that we have experienced. They were the most accommodating in every way the setting was perfect. The inside felt brand new and fresh. everything provided was perfect. It was really enjoyable to meet the owner. if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the place to be. we look forward to being there again.

Beautiful and Quiet

The house is absolutely beautiful! Perfect size for 3 people and so quiet. The freeway is just a short walk away and couldn’t hear a thing! The property felt isolated but is just a short drive from restaurants and shops. Being able to walk down to the river and use the dock was perfect for wading and fishing. Although the river was high at the time of year we were there, it was still enjoyable and relaxing.

Not too shabby, could upgrade some faerures for sure though

The internet was in and out and we couldn't do much without the electronic devices freezing. The TV in the living room was the only one that seemed to work without issues. It was hard to get in the house, we had to put in the code like three times every time for it to work. I do like that it's in a gated area with codes and when you walk in it was clean looking. There is a coffee pot and there is a private river but its definitely not for swimming but you can fish. Its a boat ramp so if you have a boat you can launch it there. All in all not too bad but should upgrade the internet and make sure the tvs and devices work better with the internet.

Riverside Paradise!

Enjoyed our beautiful stay at the river. Appreciated the installation of the blinds. It made our stay even better because it shows you care about our comfort. Looking forward to our next trip!

Perfect for what i was looking for

Only concern was online the house looked small but we got there and it was actually a great size!I felt very safe in this location and welcomed by the host! The house was a great size and it was also beautifully decorated and well kept, I loved the minimalism and modern look. The host was super easy to communicate with and also very welcoming. Very beautiful home and kind owners!! Loved it

Awesome River Stay

Very clean and spacious newly built house with A/C. Felt like home. Access to large ice machine to accommodate all our needs while fishing. Private cement boat ramp for easy river access available on property. Plenty of parking for truck and boat. Home is close to both Shasta Lake and Whiskeytown Lake about 20-30 min away. Private gate and road to house with no traffic. Host was very accommodating and personally assisted as needed. We are definitely keeping this as our number 1 vacation stay choice.
