I'll never be back!
I left two days early!
The condo was decently clean except for the moldy shower curtain in master bath, the mildew smell of the second bedroom and the balcony furniture and floor covered in bird droppings. Also, the parking garage is very narrow and almost impossible for 2 cars to go opposite ways at the same time.
Amazing time in garden city, South Carolina
Booked a weeks vacation to stay in Royal Gardens Resort. I must say the room and building were well maintained and clean! Staff at the resort were very nice and helpful. Amazing view if the beach as well as only a few steps till you are on the sand.
The floors were dirty...not swept or mopped. The rugs in the bathroom were filthy and soaking wet. The shower curtain was full of mildew . The doorwall leading to the balcony had a broken handle that was barely hanging on. The balcony table chairs and the floor itself was full of bird poop. I was very disappointed ☹️
Difficult to access. You have to walk through parking Lot to get out
False Advertisement there was no tiki bar open or restaurant that was opened in the building. With limited things open this time of year that was really disappointing. Could’ve used more comfortable seating.
2018 Girls' Trip
Our family girls' trip was awesome! The condo was perfect for us. The ocean view was breathtaking. A short walk to the beach for my 84 year old mother. Conveniently located pools food bar, and store.
