Property is very nice, has a wonderful view of the lake. It is pet friendly! There is a hot tub, TVs in every room and outside on the porch. The house was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. It is a very peaceful place.

Fantastic host and all three cabins are immaculate. Cabins are stocked with all of your necessities and may extras. Nice central location to outdoor activities easy access from the interstate. We enjoyed the Blackstone Grill on the patio and the firepit areas. Make sure to look at the binder in the cabin, the host has taken the time to recommend local restaurants and activities. I will recommend this location to family and friends.

Perfect in every way!! Very comfortable cabin!! Many extra amenities with such a sweet touch. Grounds have many games and hiking area. will be back!

Clean cabin and great outdoor space
We had a great stay. The weather didn't cooperate, but the porch was a nice space to drink coffee and watch the birds.

Hot tub was great! House was clean. And made friends with the cat there, he’s the best!!! We named him stump.

Great get away!
The cabins are beautiful and so is the property! The only drawback is if the other cabins are booked it’s not as private on the patio since you can see all of the patios easily if outside.

Couples getaway
Such a beautiful cabin and it was so well and thoughtfully stocked. We enjoyed going to the river to fish and also fishing at the pond behind the cabin. Loved everything about our stay.

Babe’s Bayou Cabin
Cabin and property were very nice and parking area was spacious. Host was very responsive to any request and feedback. Would definitely recommend for people looking to stay near Kerr Lake.

Great Getaway
We were very impressed with this property! It had everything we needed for family weekend. We loved the outdoor space and enjoyed some time at the pond. We would definitely rent this space again!

Great Experience and vibe!
The cabin was great! Clean and comfortable! Access to pond with paddle boats and kayaks was definitely a plus!!! My kids definitely enjoyed all the extras, axe throwing and hammocks especially! Thank you again for the great stay!

Babes Bayou offers a peaceful, private lakefront retreat in Vian, Oklahoma where comfort meets outdoor adventure. What makes our property truly unique is the combination of on-site amenities and close proximity to some of the best fishing and recreation in the region.
Our private lake is stocked with catfish and bass, allowing guests to fish just steps from their cabin. Paddle boats and kayaks are available for relaxing time on the water, and each cabin features its own hot tub for unwinding under the stars. Evenings are made special with fire pits surrounded by swings, and wood is provided to make gatherings simple and stress free. Blackstone griddles and charcoal grills make outdoor cooking easy and enjoyable.
Beyond the property, adventure is just minutes away. Lake Tenkiller and Greenleaf Lake are both within 15 minutes and offer boat rentals for a full day on the water. The Lower Illinois River is only 3 miles away and is well known for trout fishing and floating. The Arkansas River is within 10 to 15 miles for additional fishing access. Vian Lake, just 5 miles away, features walking and biking trails, while the Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge, within 10 minutes, offers exceptional duck and goose hunting. Camp Gruber ORV Park is only 15 miles away for off-road enthusiasts.
