Enjoy year-round beauty and fun in Mammoth Lakes while staying in this
meticulously maintained spacious Snowcreek V townhome. You'll love the
retreat feeling and peaceful views from this 2 bedroom plus loft, and 3
full-bath property. Situated in the beautiful Snowcreek V Fairway
neighborhood at the foot of the Sherwin Mountains, this townhome is
magically surrounded by tall, whispering pines and shimmering aspens.

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, ensuite bath with tub/shower, flat
screen TV, large closet

Secondary Bedroom: Queen-size bed, ensuite bath with shower, flat screen TV,
large closet

After walking up about 12 stairs to the main living area, you will want to
kick up your feet and enjoy the cozy gas fireplace and dramatic
vaulted ceilings with tall picture windows that frame the blue sky, trees,
and mountain views.

The beautifully updated kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked . For gatherings the dining room
table seats 6 comfortably. Sliding glass doors open to a sweet, covered
deck off the dining room, perfect for your morning cup of coffee or a glass
of wine at the end of the day.

For your indoor entertainment, WiFi with high-speed Internet is
complimentary. There are Smart TVs in the great room. Both bedrooms have cable tv only.

Whether your Mammoth vacation centers around skiing, snowboarding, mountain
biking, fishing, hiking, fine dining or just relaxing away from it all, you
will love your stay in this bright, comfortable townhome. Miles of walking,
biking, and cross-country skiing are right outside your door. Mammoth's
world-renowned ski lifts are less than 2 miles away. Eagle Lodge is a
5-minute drive and the Mammoth Shuttle stop is about a 15-minute walk from
this lovely townhome. Enjoy the private deck off the dining room area.

As a guest of Snowcreek V, you also enjoy access to the nearby newly
renovated hot tub. For a daily fee, enjoy the workout rooms, indoor and
outdoor pools, spas, and saunas at the Snowcreek Athletic Club, as well as
the adjacent premier 9-hole Snowcreek Golf Course.

This was our second time staying at this condo and we’ve enjoyed it both times. Couple things with this stay were the water pressure throughout the condo. Taking showers took awhile because there was hardly any pressure. Also, the Snowcreek grounds crew had their tools and fertilizer/soil stored directly in front of the condo parking lot, so every morning they were there with diesel trucks picking up supplies and sharpening tools. This made for some not so peaceful mornings.

The house was cute and cozy and very short drive into town. It was clean and had a nice kitchen stocked with a good amount of kitchenware making it easy to cook. The location was also quiet.

kitchen was clean when we checked in but the place had not been dusted and the deck was dirty with a full trash can from the previous guests- floor was so dirty we all had black feet from walking around after 2 hours. The management responded and sent cleaners back twice and got every thing pretty clean and they were very nice about it. Kitchen was great and well equipped. Bathrooms and bedrooms were nice and comfy.

Modern Conveniences in a Mammoth Getaway

All the modern conveniences in this welcoming, well-kept property. The photos on the website tell the story: plenty of light, plenty of windows, plenty of beautiful views. Close to town but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The condo was very clean and the layout was perfect; our family members had lots of room and privacy.

Great location within the Village, must drive to all amenities. Very quiet location with ample parking. The unit was spacious and includes many kitchen utensils. Note, this is a 2nd floor unit and full steps upon entry.

Great location and lovely unit. No AC! Very little cross circulation thus fans were provided. Had to cut our stay short due to miscommunication between management company and HOA.

We are so sorry you were inconvenienced during your stay! We always strive to make every guest stay as perfect as possible, inspecting every property twice between every departure/arrival. Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with. We manage about 65 properties and not one of them has central air conditioning (absolutely none are advertised as having A/C). Mammoth Lakes is a mountain town at 9000 above sea level. Our hottest days in the summer are in the 80's. It is very breezy here year round. I am unaware of any property other than commercial spaces that are air conditioned in Mammoth. Like a beach town, you just need to open a couple windows. In the event of unseasonably hot weather, we do stock several portable air conditioning units and they can be rented for a delay fee (includes the electricity costs) with about 24 hours notice. All good. One dislike is the checkout list. It comes off as threatening. It’s generally the samecheck out list of all other condo’s, but having specific fines listed on each one comes off as threatening and disparaging, which I guess is the whole point. Also, the packaged shampoo and conditioner doesn’t work well for a 3 night stay. The condo has been tastefully refreshed with nice kitchen counter tops and the balcony is clean with a great view of the mountains.

Great vacation spot

We loved this place. Was clear the place had been recently renovated as everything was very nice inside and felt very at home during our stay! Also felt like we were the only ones in this area of snowcreek, which was very relaxing. Only downside was that we knew there wouldn’t be AC (most mountain homes don’t have it) but we didn’t know there wouldn’t be screens in the living room windows to open them without letting bugs into the place so it got pretty warm inside during the late afternoon and couldn’t air it out easily. We stayed in June so was only in the mid-high 80s while we stayed so wasn’t too bad. Other than that, we loved the place and would for sure stay here if we return to mammoth in the future!

Modern updated condo

We had a great stay in this condo with family (2 couples, 1kid). It had 3 updated bathrooms which was very convenient for 5 people. Everything in the condo was in good working condition. It felt like we were in deep nature driving into the complex while being 5-10mins away from everything we needed. Only minor issues we had were with the heating -which worked fine- but since the temperature sensor was in the living room with high ceilings, to get that room to a good temperature meant for bedrooms to get too hot. Also condo had a coffee machine with pods but there weren't any pods in the unit. So we had to go buy some coffee from Vons to have our morning coffee. Not a big deal but it would be nice to have some coffee in the apartment. All in all, we had a pleasant stay. I would recommend this place and would consider staying here again in the future.

All our properties are stocked with a 12 cup drip coffee maker (which use a #4, flat bottom style, coffee filter), and in fact we do provide two 12-cup coffee packets for guests to enjoy. (We are unable to supply all the coffee for all our guests.) It's true, some properties may also have a Keurig style, K-Cup machine, however we do not require these machines and so do not keep records of owners who have them. All this info and much more is available on request from our reservations staff prior to traveling, if you will give us a call when planning your trip. As for the thermostat, they are hardwired into the property during construction. The location of them is not a design or furnishing choice. Unlike larger corporate management companies, Mammoth Five Star Lodging has always been a boutique operation, with Megan personally involved in every aspect of the business—from owner relationships to guest reservations—ensuring every stay reflects the highest standards of care and attention to detail.

Megan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and brings an extensive background in hospitality management, sales, and marketing. Her expertise has also led her to serve as a consultant for other resort management companies, helping elevate hospitality standards throughout the industry.

In 2026, the Oepkes family joined Megan as partners in Mammoth Five Star Lodging, bringing years of hospitality experience serving guests throughout the Eastern Sierra. Together, they share a common vision: offering premier short-term vacation rentals complemented by personalized, attentive service that consistently exceeds expectations.

Originally from Carlsbad, California, the Oepkes family has been vacationing in Mammoth Lakes for more than 50 years, spanning three generations. In addition to their extensive hospitality experience in the Eastern Sierra, the family has successfully managed hospitality operations in both Hawaii and Texas. In Hawaii, they provided full-service short-term vacation rental management for a portfolio of 25 properties, overseeing every aspect of the guest and homeowner experience. In Texas, the family owns and operates a 182-room full-service Holiday Inn, bringing extensive experience in hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality management. Their deep connection to Mammoth has grown from decades of family traditions into a passion for helping others experience everything the Eastern Sierra has to offer. Dedicated to delivering the highest level of service, the Oepkes family strives to provide every guest with an unforgettable lodging experience, treating each stay with the same care and attention they would want for their own family.
