SEA WINDS 1201 Beach Front Getaway with spectacular views of the Gulf!

Enjoy waking up to spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beach from your 12th floor private lanai. Your just steps away from a morning walk, swim, shelling or perhaps a beach yoga class.

Saturday to Saturday weekly and extended stay rental Sea Winds 1201 has been a popular rental for many years and is now under owner management. We take great pride in welcoming you to the island, and our family friendly comfortable getaway.

Our charming condo sleeps 6. 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and living room queen size sleeper sofa. 1 full bath with tub and1 full bath with shower.
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes Keurig K-Cup single serve and carafe coffee station.
WiFi, 3 flat screen TV's.
Your personal beach locker houses 6 beach chairs, umbrella and a beach wagon. Beach towels, 2 large beach totes and small cooler are located in the condo.
Pickle ball and tennis rackets are stored in the condo.
High chair, pack 'n play and many other items are available for rent through local businesses. Please inquire with host.

We have an assortment of games and cards for those rainy days too.

Eat, Play, Beach & Shop! When it comes to activities there is something for everyone on Marco Island. We recommend the (Marco Review, phone App) to learn more about the latest events and activities on land and water; restaurants, happy hour, live music, parks and much much more!

There are movie theaters, gift shops, ice cream parlors, restaurants and yes a, TIKI bar, all in a 5 minute walk. Sunset Grill restaurant is right next door for a quick bite or take out.

If your fortunate enough to be on Marco Island between mid November and
April, the Marco Island Farmers Market is open for business on Wednesday's. Please check flyers posted in lobby and elevators for exact dates and time.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Place both sets of keys on kitchen counter. Return single key to hallway lock box.
If you used the hide a way bed please keep it open so housekeeping knows to clean.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Saturday thru Saturday rental only 7 night minimum stay. Sea Winds condominium rules. Condo shall be kept clean and sanitary during your stay.

Our hosts have always been exceptional. The building manager was not too pleasant. There were construction workers above us and at times could not hear ourselves talk. When went to the building manager she said that’s just the way it is. Not too customer service welcoming. The condo was Great.

Perfect condo for a family of four. It’s very spacious. The wagon, chairs and umbrellas are extremely convenient. I would definitely stay here again. It’s exactly as listed and we didn’t have any issues. Book it!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view of the ocean is incredible. The Condo was comfortable and there was plenty of room for four people. We plan to return when we can, and will recommend this Unit to our friends.

Relaxation and Sunsets

Sea Winds is the perfect location. Throughout the day, you can alternate between basking in the sun, taking refreshing dips in the water, and strolling along the shoreline collecting seashells. Maybe you flip through a book, listen to a mellow playlist, or just let your thoughts drift with the tide. There is a wide variety of local restaurants to enjoy delicious seafood or honestly whatever your palate desires. The sunsets are perfect is the only way to describe them.

We had a nice stay, there was a problem with one of the hurricane shades being stuck down, which obstructed the view, and was very noisy, however Teresa addressed it quickly and professionally. It is very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. I would highly recommend a stay there.

Sea Winds is a wonderful condo complex right on the beach. The views were spectacular. Short walk to some delicious food options. We were traveling with other families that also rented in the building and this unit was truly superb with its corner location.

A wonderful rental experience

This is a well-maintained condo with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the ocean. It offers good water pressure in the showers, comfortable beds, and quiet surroundings. The décor in the unit is tasteful and beachy, with lovely pictures throughout. The kitchen is well-equipped with cutlery, glassware and dishes. The host also provided nice additional amenities including abundant dishwasher pods, hand/bath soap, and even some laundry detergent pods (although we brought our own and used them). There is a dual coffeemaker, allowing both regular drip and K-cup brewing. There is even a drying rack attached to the balcony, which is perfect for bathing suits. The owner provided a full complement of beach paraphernalia, including towels, tote bags, chairs, umbrellas, water floaties, and a buggy for transporting these items to the beach.Wonder of wonders, this condo has live television reception allowing us to watch network and cable channels in real time, as well as various streaming apps. This is a rarity these days and was much appreciated. Sometimes there was a lag or delay in turning on the TV, but I suspect that is a function of the condominium complex’s service, not the fault of the condo owner.Finally, the host was very responsive to my questions, and the check-in procedure was easy and communicated clearly three days prior to the start of our vacation. The check-out process was also simple.I would definitely rent this condo again! Thank you, Teresa and Greg.

It was a beautiful, updated, and clean condo. The balcony was spacious with very nice furniture. Clean and renovated

Appliances are great (work well and very quiet). Beds are comfortable. I would like to see smaller nightstands and a king size bed in the master bedroom. View is great. Nothing between you and the Gulf. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because the floor could have been cleaner. I gave 4 stars for the check-in process because the keys and lockbox are kind of clunky. A keypad lock would be much nicer.

We loved the proximity to the beautiful beach, having our coffee on the corner balcony while enjoying the view, and walking on the beach every day! The condo is very well appointed, and we had everything we needed.The patter of little feet from above us was a minor issue which we ignored, and obviously wascout of control of the owners.We would give it 5 stars. :)

Getaway with friends

Loved the location! The view from the balcony is unbeatable! The condo was very comfortable and well stocked. There were even beach bags to get our things down to the pool/beach. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The building staff was wonderful and Teresa was great to work with and communicate with. We would highly recommend this condo and hope to be back!

There is a lot to do for most everyone. Relaxing on the beach, yoga, sightseeing, shopping, great restaurants, water sports, pickleball, live music.. the list is long. Nice that most adventures are in walking distance.
