8階に位置するこのユニットは、ビーチの雰囲気、リビングルームに大きなテレビ、マスターベッドルームにテレビ、コンドミニアムに無線LANを備えた上品な内装です。 マスターベッドルームにクイーン、ゲストベッドルームにツイン、リビングルームにソファーベッドがあります。

The beach view from the balcony was outstanding and each night the sunset was spectacular. The condo was clean and comfortable. The host provided three brand new beach chairs which made it easy to take them to and from the beach.

Here's a polished review you can post:We had an excellent stay at this Marco Island property! The condo was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and had a beautiful view that made our vacation even more enjoyable. It was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, which made settling in effortless.One of the biggest bonuses was the extra beach equipment provided. The beach wagon was especially helpful for transporting chairs, cooler, and other beach gear to and from the beach each day. It made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others visiting Marco Island. We’re already looking forward to returning for our next annual trip!

Enjoyed our stay. The beautiful view is outstanding!!Sadly, the weather did not cooperate for several days (for example, a ’feels like’ temp of 32 degrees one morning, which was out of the control of the host of course!) We have already booked this condo again for 2027. Fingers crossed for warmer weather

Check in was easy. Condo was clean and nice. View was fantastic. Only suggestions would be to update shower and replace with 2 seperate showers as we had to share shower. Master bed could use new mattress. Otherwise had great time and really enjoyed the stay.Thank you!

Very nice place, only 2 things that I wasn't impressed about. The 3 keys were a little much and there were no ice machines. Good thing our freezer had an ice maker but we did go buy a bag of ice. Overall, yes we had a wonderful time & met several nice people that also stay there.

Thank you so much for your review. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do with regards to the keys to the building and the condo, one key for the building and one for the condo itself. The Sea Winds is not a hotel (its a private condo building) so they do not offer all the amenities that a hotel would like an ice machine but the condo does have an ice maker

Sweet family time in lovely condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The balcony has updated and comfy patio furniture, the kitchen is well stocked, and lots of towels! So thankful for the opportunity to spend time in such a beautiful setting!

Great week!

Enjoyed our stay. Property manager communication was great. Our only suggestions would be to waive/include the parking fee, and add the option of a lounge chair for the beach for those that want to lay flat. We would definitely stay again, beach location was the best! Thank you again for the wonderful week!

The parking fee is a Sea Winds building required fee due upon arrival and its not something that can be waived or included in the rental. Its mentioned on the listing on VRBO, in the house rules and also on the rental agreement you signed. Thank for your the suggestion on the beach chairs, we replace them often so I will look for the flat kind! Come back and visit us again soon!
