The condo is exactly as pictured. The owner has thought of everything to make a vacation perfect, and the little extra's like dish soap, kitchen towels, paper towels, toilet paper and beach equipment was a much appreciated added bonus when flying. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pots n pans, oven ware and utensils. The resort is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. We have never vacationed in a bad VRBO condo. This condo was just perfect.
Excellent room and resort!
Great condo at an amazing destination!
Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect for us. The complex is very nice and it was nice having a pool and hot tub for the evenings.
Parking was abit of a problem. No room for visitors. Parking garage in Johns Pass was not an option. It was nice having Circle k across the street. Outside of that it was lovely and comfortable.
Hidden treasure on Treasure Island
We had a group of 5 ladies stay at this condo, and it worked perfectly. There could be a few updates, but for the amount of time we actually spent inside it really didn't bother us. Everything was neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed. The location was wonderful. Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to John's Pass, although we usually drove. Easy access to the beach and the pools. Pools and hot tub were clean and had plenty of seating. The addition of a cooler and beach chairs inside the condo were a definite plus. We would definitely stay again.
Spring Break with the fam
Sunset Vistas was a wonderful condo resort. Beach was awesome, pools were great, and we loved the location of close proximity to Johns Pass.
Our unit (202-S) had everything we needed, but was quite run down. The carpet in the bedrooms was very matted down and crusty (left our feet dirty when we walked around in it-yuck). That either needs to be torn out and replaced with tile or new carpet. The master king size bed makes loud creaking (almost farting) sounds whenever you move. Kind of hard to get a good night sleep when you are a mover like me. The dining furniture was quite rickety. We didn’t dare to sit on 2 of the stools in fear of them breaking. My husband tried to tighten some things up, but we still only let or youngest (lightest) child sit on them.
We didn’t let these “run down” issues ruin our stay, but I am a bit disappointed in the condition given the price we paid. Maybe this is typical in ocean front condos in central FL?
We'll have our maintenance staff go through everything and make sure it's all tight and in good condition. Thank you for the feedback, and we are glad you enjoyed the location and area!
