The backyard is a destination within itself! Cool off in the pool or relax in the hot tub. You`ll enjoy days and nights in the cabana movie lounge. The best conversations always happen around fire pit. Love to Barbecue? We`ve got a charcoal grill for you too!

The living room features a cozy fireplace, plush sofa, quality furniture, and entertainment system with a large 75 inch flat-screen TV and sound bar. It`s the perfect space for relaxing with your guests or hosting gatherings.

Cook all your favorite meals in the chefs kitchen. Equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a smart fridge with a built-in tablet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and host large dinners.

The dining room is a grand space with a custom solid wood table that can comfortably seat all your guests.

The oversized primary suite is a retreat within itself, featuring a king-sized bed, two sitting areas, huge closet, and TV. The private en-suite bathroom is a spa-like haven, complete with a large walk-in rain shower and dual vanities.

The remaining bedrooms are designed to offer comfort and tranquility. Featuring premium queen-sized beds and high-quality linens. Everyone in your group will be sure to find their own perfect space.

There are 3 well-appointed bathrooms throughout the home. Fresh towels, and high-quality toiletries are provided for your convenience.

High-speed internet, 4 smart TV’s, a work desk, and other modern conveniences are included so you can stay entertained and connected if you like.

You have access to the entire home and yard except the garage.

Thank you for choosing us for your stay! What`s most important is that you enjoy your time at the home! We know its boring, but in order to ensure the best possible experience, please read the following house rules:

Check out is 11am. Unauthorized late checkouts more than 45 minutes will incur a fee of $45, 1 hour will incur a fee of $150, 2 hours will incur a fee of that days base rate without discounts. This fee does not award you possession for the additional day. If you would like to extend your stay, you will still have to formally do so. You will be responsible for any refunds given to any affected Airbnb guest because of your unauthorized late check out.

Please be mindful of the neighbors. Outdoor quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am per City of Austin noise ordinance. 3rd party speakers are not allowed outside.

This is not a party house. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Hosting events with undeclared guests is not allowed. Any undeclared guest will incur a fee of $50 per person per night of the reservation. If you are going to have visitors during your stay please let the host know in advance.

Smoking is not allowed inside the home. If the no smoking rule is violated there is a fee of $100 per night of the reservation.

Service Animals: Guests must notify host of service animal prior to check-in. If service animal is not declared to the host, the Animal Policy will apply.

Animal policy: Maximum of 3 animals. $50 charge if your animals waste is left behind. Undeclared Animals will incur a fee of $100.

Pool/spa: No sharp objects are allowed on the pool deck. The pool lining is vinyl and can be ripped. If the lining is ripped by the guest, the guest will be charged to replace the lining, reconstruct the deck, and a $200 water refill fee. The guest will also be responsible for any refunds given to future guests due to lining repairs.

Please respect the linens. There will be a $40/bed sheet, $30/bath towel, $15/hand towel, $5/wash cloth replacement fee if they are not able to be recovered due to excessive stains or torn.

If the home is left excessively messy, there will be a $230 extra cleaning fee.

We will make every reasonable attempt to fix any issue as soon as possible. No refunds for utility outages or malfunctioning appliances will be provided if fixed within 24 hours of being notified.

Any violation of the house rules is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund.

The home is secured with outdoor security cameras and a smart doorbell.
