Long Weekend to visit family

Property is very nicely kept and has everything you need to take advantage of its many amenities. Nice location close to downtown and "old" Austin and UT. The only short coming is there is limited closet space for hangings clothes. We would definitely stay at this location again. Property manager is very responsive.

awesome thoughtful house

location was 10/10 and checkin was super smooth. Chris is an attentive and thoughtful host and i would recommend this house to anyone, especially a bachelor/bachelorette party.

Awesome property

We were at Chris’ property for my bachelor party and it was the perfect house and location for a big group. Tons to do in the neighborhood, but it was also a blast hanging out in the amazing backyard. Chris was great at communicating. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Review of the Oasis

Very happy with our stay at Austin Oasis. The location was very convenient for us - not far from UT Austin and many restaurants. The property was spacious, very clean and was extremely well stocked. Definitely a great stay!

Perfect family reunion weekend.

Great little house, walkable to basics shops and restaurants but close to just about everything in Austin. Held 15 for dinners easily inside and outside, fun amenities, well appointed. Hallway bedroom gets a lot of noise but the upstairs suite has a kitchenette and great as a separate space for a family with kids.

Hook 'em!

We had such a great weekend staying at Chris' property. Everything was in great shape when we arrived, the house and backyard is such an amazing set up for a big group. I would recommend this 11/10 times if you are visiting with a big group, especially if you're going to a Longhorns football game due to the proximity to UT. Chris was great host, very communicative, and overall an amazing trip.

Great Spot near UT

This location is ideal for small or even larger groups. Plenty of bedrooms and space. The highlight is definitely the backyard. Perfect for entertaining with a pool, table tennis, cornhole, a putting green, and more. The location is great to walk to restaurants and bars near the school and not too far from Congress. Would definitely stay there again.

Really great house!

House was lovely. Everything was very clean. Lots of beds to accommodate all the guests. Super quiet neighborhood despite being just a few blocks from Guadalupe (the main drag for college kids). Very close to university and downtown. Very convenient for Austin City Limits festival. Just wish we had had more time to enjoy the pool, ping pong table, and relaxing back patio.

Place of Serenity

5 star stay :) Amazing property! A place of serenity for a family getaway. The tennis table was a huge hit! Fun games & pool - the full package. Close to central and downtown for activities. Plenty of space, privacy and well stocked items. Nice neighborhood. It is Austin’s hidden treasure - We would stay again!

Fun Spot!

Great spot to hang with your friends. With the pool and activities outside it made it easy to enjoy a day at the house. Location is a short ride to downtown and plenty of other areas. Everyone had a great stay!

Fun Memorial Weekend

Host (Chris) was very easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. The home was real clean, spacious and A/C worked perfect for a hot weekend! The beds were comfy. Location was great- nice to just be able to walk to several places to eat and not have to get back in the car. My family enjoyed hanging out in the back yard playing ping pong, swimming and just relaxing to the sound of the waterfall. Thank you Chris for the extra snacks you had waiting. Nice touch and much appreciated as two members of my family have diabetes and needed a quick bite. Would definitely book again.

Oasis is the appropriate name

After accommodating our group with an early check-in, we were greeted by an immaculately cleaned house. With plenty of space for our large group, this house is perfect for anyone searching for a place to stay in the Austin area. It can accommodate both those looking to spend time in the downtown area as well as anybody looking to relax in a great outdoor/pool area. The backyard provided us with a great spot to hang out and enjoy the beautiful Texas weather. Much appreciated for all the complimentary snacks and coffee! It was much needed. 10/10 would recommend.

We needed to book a house for a Bachelor Party last second, and Chris was very helpful and accomodating. Some folks arrived early, and Chris helped us with an early check in process. Excellent stay.

Chris’ house is amazing for groups visiting Austin. The house has character with nice updates and plenty of space! We loved the backyard and pool. Thanks to Chris for being flexible with our booking, changing some plans he had. Highly recommend!
