Bright and sunny on the beach children can play in the fenced owner beach in the sand and you can watch from the kitchen. Entertain many with sit down space for tables in the sand - granite kitchen and spacious rooms and able to walk to grocers, bars, restaurants, min golf.
Movie theaters. Also the condo supplies biggie boards beach chairs all umbrellas and full kitchen and Netflix and cable TV . Also you get two parking spaces directly Infront of our 105 door with a ramp to the condo if you have a wheel chair no elevator or long walks with grocery bags. Because VRBO has instant booking please call me direct or text with each instant booking to make sure the unit is available its rare but I had one instant where they double booked 4438710246

Fun with the Family

Great location! Loved the easy access to condo and beach especially with little ones and all the gear that goes with them. We also enjoyed watching a family of foxes playing every day in the dunes. Clean, with everything you'll need. Quick response with any questions.

Overall Great Stay. Location, accessibly, apartment size were all great. The apartment does need some updating as far throw rugs and curtains. The Parking spots are directly in front of the apartment, yet be aware that one spot is perpendicular to the other and it is a bit tricky. Great Host. Thank Yo so Much.

Great location!

We were really happy with our stay here. It accommodated our family perfectly. The location was perfect for having 3 little ones under 7. Easy access to the beach which made it nice to go back and forth for the toddlers that needed naps and to quickly break for lunch. Place could use a bit of updating but overall we were really pleased with the stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Second Stay and Still Great

This is our second time staying at this location and we continue to be very happy. This is a great place to stay with children and is very convenient for parking/beach access. Plenty of food and grocery options around. The condo is clean and has plenty of space. Will continue to look to stay at this location in the future.

A hot coffee away Beach

We loved this place, it is a hot coffee away proximity to the beach, we enjoyed walking to the beach before breakfast and go back after dinner and in between because of the location. we walk up to see the sunrise and enjoyed the sunset while sitting on the same spot. My daughter and Niece were very happy that I found this place.

Great location for a stay with kids. Cant quite see the ocean , its a first floor , but convenient balcony that opens to some grass and then sand thats fenced in, great for the kids to get there energy out, two of the three kids have hyperactivity and this was perfect. Parking was super easy and convenient, right in front of the door. Some of the sinks were clogged with sand , but nothing major, my husbands a plumber. We have been trting different locations for the last 5 years , this is my favorite.

Location is great. Unit has a nice layout. Just needs a lot of cosmetic work and some thorough cleaning. Lots of spiders. Closets were packed with the owners stuff so no room for our own stuff. I would recommend all new appliances and all new furniture throughout.

Terrific location and convenient first floor walk-out

Sally is terrific to work with and check-in was a breeze. This property is located on the first floor so you can walk directly through a gated private sandy area for condo residents and then directly onto the beach. We were concerned the first floor location might be noisy but the property is very private and we rarely saw or heard neighbors. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for two adults and three children. Large tv’s in every room, lots of updates, and very comfortable beds. We would love to stay here again.

Pleasant and Scenic Accommodations in North OC

Our annual beach vacation was spent at a very lovely condo in North Ocean City. The accommodations were adequate for our size of our family - 3 adults and I child. Easy access to beach and enjoyed the sand area in front of the condo. Our almost 2 yrs. old grandson enjoyed that space very much. The beds were very comfortable. The property could use some updating and not thoroughly clean (shower liner was dirty). The host was timely in her responses and friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Only concern was check out time--Vbro website says 11 am but when we checked in and when read the instructions on refrig. it said 10 am. Nonetheless, would highly recommend this property mainly for location, easy access to beach, and many good restaurants nearby.

Fantastic condo!

This condo was everything we needed! 1st floor condo right to private beach area. Ocean was a mere dune crossing away. Coveted 2 parking spaces right by front door!! You can’t see the ocean from the patio as the sand dune is in the way, but you can hear it! There is a fox den in the dune and we looked forward to the fox each night. Kitchen had all items we needed. Plenty of pots and pans. The beach toys and chairs were great to have and saved room not having to bring them ourselves. It was a major plus. The condo was clean and comfortable. It may not have the most modern updates, but it was nicely decorated. The condo is in north OC which was more quiet and not as busy as the boardwalk. Close to restaurants and the awesome north side park. We would 100% book this condo again. Sally was such a friendly host and was a pleasure to work with! You will not be disappointed!

Great place and quiet location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo building is sort in a “cul de sac” area which seemed to make it more private. It’s in a good area with quite a few restaurants and other stores within walking distance. The condo itself is nicely decorated and maintained, and clean. There is closet full of beach items you can borrow which is nice, but my family brought our own. Kitchen is decently stocked … on par with most places. Sally was very communicative and pleasant to do business with. We had a great week! I would stay here again!

This is a very sweet little condo that surprisingly has lots of space! It was updated and contains just about everything you need for your vacation! Quality appliances, Kitchen tools, beach gear, etc. all available. Easy access to beach with a prime first floor location. Sally was super easy to work with and very accommodating. We stayed for 5 days, I had 3 kids ( 11,9,4), and 4 adults...... there was more then enough room for all of us..... very up to date.....Shirt walk to the beach and its very fun quiet at night...... and ould love to book this property again if you wanna decide to come to OCMD next year!!!

I am a retired nurse and entrepreneur who purchased this property many years ago looking to share it with friends and family as well as rent. I love the ocean and this property has the best beach and location in ocean city as far as I am concerned. The beach is wide and beautiful. Can walk to the crab bag for the best in crabs really don't need a car.

Why they chose this property

I wanted a beach property that was directly on the beach. Why walk and carry items for blocks or up and down elevators. This property lets you walk directly to the water. Guests can move tables onto the sand and seat 20 plus for dinner. While the kids play volley ball on the owner owned beach property.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique in that you walk to the water from your room, no elevators or streets to cross. You can enjoy your children or guests playing or sunbathing on our own fenced beach. I do not know of any other property in Ocean City that has this option.
