A beautiful home in a beautiful area of Provincetown! Just a short walk into town, but set in a quiet, peaceful area. We loved the warmth of the home and the hot tub was perfect. Can't wait to plan our next stay!
This was our 3rd time staying here. It’s always a perfect house with a great location, spacious bedrooms and great outdoor spaces. Hoping to make it a 4th time sometime soon
We really enjoyed the house. It is well laid out, spacious, and comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again. That said, for the high price, the checkout list felt overly extensive since the cleaners are only “contracted” to the sheets. Additionally, the upstairs AC struggled to keep up on warmer days (above 75), particularly in the tree-top study/bedroom. Even with those drawbacks, the home itself was wonderful and we would happily return.
This house is spectacular. A fabulous stay in a gorgeous property, my friends and I felt at home around the fire with the puzzle after a Halloween tea dance and dinner around the dining room table, and a hot tub with a killer view of the town and bay. You can't beat this fantastic property. Would love to stay here again!

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
We had a number of issues during our stay which rendered multiple amenities and appliances nonfunctional (hot tub, fire pit, dishwasher, microwave). The general sense our group had was that this property needs some TLC to bring it back to its former glory. Nonetheless, the communication with the hosts was good and we did receive a nominal credit for the challenges we encountered. The house itself has great bones and is in a great location in Provincetown.

We were very sorry to hear that John's group had a number of issues with Siren's Cove. We pride ourselves on our property and strive to offer our guests a wonderful experience, as evidenced by our other reviews. After his group left we sent an appliance service company to check the dishwasher and they found it to be functioning completely normally, as was the microwave. We also went out to the property and both appliances worked normally for us as well. We aren't sure what the nature of their issue was with these appliances during their stay.
Any issues with unique property features such as the firepit and hot tub, particularly when they occur during peak season, can difficult to service immediately. We were notified that there was an issue with the hot tub the day before John's group arrived and promptly notified them and gave a partial refund. A second partial refund was given when they relayed their problems with the microwave and dishwasher. Combined these totaled nearly 20% of their rental, which we believe is more than "nominal".
We have since replaced the firepit and are addressing the issue with the hot tub. We suspect that these items were not properly covered after use by prior guests and unfortunately were damaged without our knowledge before John's group arrived.
As John mentioned, we were very responsive to his concerns and we did our best to address them as we do with all our guests, who have uniformly had a wonderful experience staying at our home.
We completely enjoyed our stay here, and will plan to come back again. The home is large, very comfortable, and well equipped. The kitchen is a cook’s dream, and the rooftop hot tub was a favorite treat every day. It was an easy walk to shopping, parks, views and more, and so well situated in the best part of Ptown. We loved it all…
We were a group of 5 and a dog and the house was so spacious that we could all spread out and not be on top of each other. But also had a great table and living area where we could hang out and enjoy each others company. The kitchen was very well equipped and had all we needed. And the host answered any questions I had very quickly. I highly recommend this home!!
Couldn't ask for more with this gorgeously designed home that accommodated 8 folks in our party. Definitely loved the hot tub on the roof, the fire pit out front, the Asian garden en suite to the primary bedroom, and the wraparound porch perfect for morning coffee and some rays of sunshine.
It is a tiny walk from the heart of Commercial Street. But a perfect location for some West End beach fun. Super close to the Boatslip for Tea.
Can't wait to be back!
This is our third time staying at this fabulous house and each time is more perfect than the last. We cannot recommend this property enough. Our hosts have become so hands off and trusting it's been wonderful, but they are easily reachable if we need anything. The house is always in perfect condition when we arrive and it's incredibly comfortable. There are so few homes like this in PTown, and you're lucky if you get to stay here.
Hope to stay with them again next year and every year!!!
Our stay at this house was perfect for our group! Plenty of space, clean, beds were comfortable, water pressure in the showers were great! Couple things to note, the house does not have beach towels, so if prefer using beach towels over bath would recommend bringing your own. The hot tub is on the roof and throug one of the bedroom units. That bedroom unit the AC does not make it all the way up there, we had heard from friends that this room has an issue so we brought a window AC unit and that solved the problem immediately. Also one thing to note this listing is the main house, attached our other units owned by other owners. So a couple issues popped up with the other units such as twice the fire alarms went off in the morning when the other units were cooking breakfast, one of the other units turned off the water for the whole building instead of just their unit due to an issue. Main thing to note Jonathon the property manager was very accessible and quick to respond with any of our needs. These items had nothing to do with our unit. But I was suprised there were 4 other rentals attached to the house as well! Overall highly recommend this house and hopefully we would get the pleasure to stay here again! Thank you Jonathon for making our stay truly magical that ptown is!
This was a special vacation with special friends in a most spectacular place. Siren's Cove was everything the description noted. It had everything you could think of (or didn't think of to bring). It was about 10 to 15 minutes to the center of town with plenty of restaurants and shops enroute. The hot tub on the roof was large and very clean and had the best view of the harbour. But be aware, it takes two people to remove the cover. The beds were comfortable with clean fresh linens and the rooms were large. The kitchen was totally equipped with everything you could possibly need even though we spent most of our time eating out on the town. We loved the place and enjoyed the neighbors....would stay here again.
This was our second time at Siren's Cove with Jonathan. And as I said in my first review: it is a FANTASTIC home. Plenty of space, gorgeously appointed and the hot tub is such an added bonus. Highly recommend it. Jonathan is fast to reply on any of the requests we had (which were few) and always flexible. This is such a hidden gem and I've never had a house this gorgeous in PTown. We will be headed back for a third time!
You won't find another place just like this one. From the immaculate gardens to the spacious bedrooms, the outdoor shower and grilling patio, the full-service kitchen, all the way to the rooftop hot tub looking out over Ptown harbor - this place has it all. The neighbors are wonderfully friendly. The neighborhood is the best in Ptown - convenient to town and to the beaches, but totally quiet when you want to relax. All the modern amenities - big TV with streaming services, beautiful oven, washer/dryer, lovely bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Fire pit with big Adirondacks out front. Honestly I could go on and on but if you have a big group or just want to splurge on some extra space, it doesn't get better than this.
PS - we had friends with two under-5 kids and they had a terrific time as well. There's one bunk bed and lots of space to spread out, so the kids could nap or sleep or cry and everyone else could keep relaxing! ;)
We had a lovely time in this gorgeous property! Extremely well maintained, basically on the beach, and walking distance from downtown ptown. the fire pit and hot tub are definitely huge perks. The only downside is we would have appreciated slightly more time to check out in the morning since laundering the towels was a requirement but otherwise host was extremely friendly and responsive.
We loved our stay in this charming condo! Close enough to town to enjoy all Provincetown has to offer, yet out of the hustle and bustle enough for quiet relaxation. And the view from the hot tub was the highlight of our trip!
The house is gorgeous and has plenty of space. It is about a 20 min walk to the heart of town but we didn't mind at all. We enjoyed the exercise. It is in a very quiet neighborhood but very close to a beach.
I am hesitant to write a review of this place because I don't want more people finding out about it! The pictures do not do it justice. It's a gorgeous property and has all the amenities would need for a perfect stay. With so many of us remotely working, it was wonderful having so much space to spread out. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Jonathan, the host we worked with, was pleasant and attentive. We didn't need to speak to him much because the home was perfect as is. Our group of four has already agreed to rent the property again next year (if they'll have us!). Oh, and the hot tub on the roof? **CHEF'S KISS**
