The condo was nice it had everything we needed. The bath tube was not draining and it had a lot of hair and buildup coming back up as we showered. The bed were hard and not comfortable. The condo was clean and it had everything we needed

Short little get away to the beach. Condo was efficient and close to the water with nice views. Just what we needed for the time spent at the beach.

Always a great stay at plantation

This was our third time staying at the plantation property. Beaches not as busy as in the middle of Gulf Shores. Always a great time.

Great location, very small

The location of the condo was perfect! The pictures online were misleading, it was a bit smaller than expected. There were dishwasher tabs left for us to use but no dishwasher. The listing & pictures had twin bunks but only one had a mattress and it was not a twin size, maybe half the size of a twin bed & was barely big enough for my 13 year old to sleep on. The outside area was beautiful and very well maintained! We had a wonderful trip, however next time we will likely look for a different room.

Quick Beach Getaway

We booked a quick beach getaway and had a wonderful time. The unit was nice and clean, and communication, was excellent. The location was perfect and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning sipping coffee and looking at the ocean. Plan to return soon!

Gulf Shores 1 bedroom

There was no place to store anything in the kitchen because there were so many multiples of dishes and small appliances. We had planned to cook in more but the lack of storage was a great hinderance. The couch was AWFUL. It sunk down uncomfortably when used and was not useful as a pull-out for an additional guest as the mattress was useless. The shower did not drain well so we stood in sludgy water. We were disappointed in the cleanliness as there was broken glass behind the trash can and food under the couch.

Convenient and cute

This property is convenient to the ocean and pools. Being on the first floor was great! The room was clean and it did, indeed sleep 6. However, I will say, it was VERY hard for the 6 of us to do anything together in the condo. Not enough couch space to watch TV together or eating space to eat meals together. I'd say it's big enough for 4 people to do that. Also, the sleeper sofa was uncomfortable. ( Maybe a topper would help?) We personally had a major issue with the amenities access card for the entire stay, but that was made up to us and I believe that was a management issue and not the owners. Plus that was probably a one time thing, so I won't go into details or rate the condo based on that. Overall, I would recommend this unit for a group of 4 or 5 (like 2 adults and 4 teens or maybe 2 adults and 3 smaller kids) but it's too small for our family. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay

Loved our stay at this location. Perfect view from our balcony and the beach was not too crowded!! The condo has cracked paint in areas but overall it is nice. It was a perfect size for myself and 2 children.

Beach Access was Awesome, Condo is Small

We loved the location of this property. You can drive right up to the door so unloading and loading your stuff is really convenient. Being in Ft. Morgan and away from the big high rises meant the beach was a lot less crowded in high season. These perks plus the closeness and ease of getting to the beach is why I am giving this place a great review. The condo itself is really snug, in fact it was a little too small for our family (2 adults, 3 kids). The lack of a table to eat at was a problem for us and cooking anything other than a quick breakfast would have been really difficult in the tiny kitchen. The beds weren't very comfortable and noise from upstairs was an issue while trying to sleep. That being said, for the price, and again considering the beach access, this place was a good, affordable option if you are on a budget.

Not what I was expecting

I came for a vacation here with my family of four, and did not find the place to be up to standard. Their so called initial supply of amnesties include one toilet paper, one paper towel, one small trash bag, one tiny dish detergent, and one small bar of soap. But most importantly, the so called twin bunk bed is not a twin size no matter how you look at it. Once someone lays down, they won’t be able to move in order to stay on. Heck, I wouldn’t even put a baby on that narrow bed. As for the restroom sink, the stopper is broken as if to stop customers from using water in there. I been to many different vacation rental houses, and I can easily say this has been the worst on my list.

Nice from the pictures.

Looks alot bigger in the pictures. Place was very small, but great view. No dishwasher. Walls needed to be painted. Carpet needs to be replaced because of stains. There are plenty of other properties that are much nicer for about the same price.

Needs updates

This unit needs a complete makeover. Very dated. Peeling paint on ceiling. Lots of dings in the paint on the walls. Cracked floor tiles. Stained bed spread. MUCH smaller than it looks in the pictures. When we called to complain about those things, the property manager was very nice and offered to move us to a different unit, 12th floor different building. We stayed only because of the location of the condo. First floor location was very convenient. Instead they gave us dolphin cruise and fishing for all 5 of us for free. The complex, Plantation East, was nice BUT if we went back would stay at Plantation West. Looked MUCH nicer. The complex is in Ft Morgan which is away from the congestion of Gulf Shores. That was nice in some ways but going to do anything in the evening in Gulf Shores meant a 20 minute drive. Overall, would not go back to that unit and complex, especially for the price we paid.

Really enjoyed staying in this condo.. it is a little small but would be perfect for a couple.

Good condo.. is just right for a couple. We took our teenage granddaughters and they slept on the foldout couch... the beds in the hall were big enough but they wanted to watch TV and plug their phones up and they couldn’t do that in the hall.. over all very nice condo. Very close to two pools and beach walk. We would book this again

The iTrip staff was wonderful.

The iTrip staff was wonderful. The few times we called they were friendly, helpful and quick to accomodate. The condo was clean and well stocked. However, though it isn't iTrips fault, we found it to be too small for the 3 months we were there. However, the price was good for the size. Again, we chose this knowing the square footage, but didn't comprehend how small it would be. To sum it up, we adjusted and can't say enough good things about the iTrip staff. Thank you for all you helped us with.

Weekend in paradise

My family spent a much needed weekend getaway at the Gulf Shores Plantation East and everything was perfect. The room clean and comfortable with views of the gulf better than seen in the pictures! The resort has amazing pools and amenities with beaches far less crowded than Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. This property is highly recommended and my family can't wait to go back for another weekend in paradise.

Gulf shores

We had a nice stay. Our door code wouldn't work when we first got there but I contacted someone and that was quickly corrected. The tv in the bedroom didn't work right. It would work for a little bit then go off. I enjoyed the fact that the ocean and beach area was not crowded at all.

The sleeper sofa was so uncomfortable my kids slept on the floor. Seriously needs replaced. All you can feel is springs. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom squeaks all night and it's very hard to sleep. Other than that great condo and location.
