Deer , squirrels , birds , woodpeckers and hummingbirds .Its a basement apartment with 2beds 1bath with washer/dryer . A fire pit and picnic table with grill for you to enjoy with your stay . Close to capon state park where there’s a lodge , playground , hiking trails and a beach with a nice lake to swim in .
George Washington’s bath place is a short drive which is in the town of bath . Bath , Wv is visited by many from places all over . Restaurants , bars , antique shops and unique shops in the town of bath just 10 minutes away . 2 hours from DC and Baltimore . Winchester is a short drive for the mall and many chain restaurants. White tail ski resort is about 35 minutes . Come enjoy your stay in Berkeley Springs , West Virginia

Fabulous stay

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your VRBO vacation rental. We stayed a few days during world IBO championships and your place was absolutely perfect for us. The space was clean and everything was available that we needed. The pool table was also a nice addition!

This property was secluded and quiet. We loved the birds singing, and the deer and squirrels running about in the yard behind our covered porch. The apartment was VERY nice, prestine and very accommodating! Loved having the washer-dryer combo, Roku, Dish, Internet Wifi, and pool table! Nice gas grill provided outside for bbq. Lynn was an excellent host, awesome communication!! We would definitely stay here again and refer to our friends and family!!! Thank you!!!

We finally retired but still manager our gymnastics business and manage three Vrbo accommodations. We plan to travel and make the most of retirement but we always have to come back to see our girls and our grandchildren .
