I don’t have anything to say about this place really great for families had everything we needed. We didn’t have so many things planned. We stayed at the house every day just to hang out my kids really enjoyed the movie theater and pool. We truly enjoyed our stay to start to finish.

House was very comfortable and had great starter supplies. Pool and hot tub were amazing and having no extra fees was wonderful. Loved our stay and John was a perfect host and fixed a problem we had within hours.

Fantastic communication right from the start.The home was comfortable and had everything we needed for the week and then some.We got the cold snap so we’re only able to use the hot tub our last day there but it heated up wonderfully.We usually travel with pets but this time ended up with a sitter at the last minute and I’m so glad it worked out. Comfortable beds and furniture are top of my list and this home delivered! If we have the opportunity to leave the dogs at home again, we would definitely stay here.

Christmas/ Anniversary trip

It was a great stay! There was plenty of room for all 8 of us! Loved the pool and hot tub! John was very helpful for any questions we had! We all loved the movie theater room and the game room! We would definitely go back! Also it was a great quiet location close to all the activities we did during our stay!

The house was plenty big for our group of seven.

Overall it was a good place to stay, but because of the traffic was a little far to get to the parks. But I think that was mostly due to the time of year we were there, during Xmas.

Yes, Debbie, for sure Xmas is the busiest time of year. However if you take Route 192 it will get you to the park quicker. We are no more than 15 minutes from the park even at the busiest time.

Was what I expected. What I was most impressed with was the level of communication and care John showed!! Any little problem was dealt with immediately and you can tell John truly cares. My family LOVED the movie theatre and the pool and hot tub was SO NICE. We were here the first week of November and with the heated pool we were able to use it EVERY DAY!!! Thanks again John!!

Great House

This house was great for a quiet family vacation to enjoy the nice weather. The pool and hot tub area has plenty of comfortable seating and tables with a great view of the pond and local wildlife. The kids thought that the theater room with popcorn was also very fun. The game room was fun and the closet in that room also has extra items like pool and beach toys. I highly recommend this house and would stay again!

Enjoyable and fun

My family and I enjoyed our time in the house. It was exactly what was advertised on Vrbo.com. My family really enjoyed the pool, the game room, and the mini movie theater. Everyone was happy with the bedrooms because they were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The one down fall about the house, not all the bedrooms had a TV.

Enjoyed our stay

The only thing that wasn’t easy was when we got back from the parks late and wanted to use the hot tub it wouldn’t be hot. Would have to turn on heat and wait for awhile so we ended up using it one night where we didn’t get home as late.

Fabulous

This property is amazing - something for everyone ! Great pool and hot tub plus pool toys , cinema room , games room , books , baby equipment .The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you could possibly need .There is also a very well stocked towel cupboard . The beds are very comfortable and the children loved their themed rooms with all the dressing-up outfits - and the Princess bed !Would definitely stay again if we ever come back to this area .
