Regarding the shower control, after inspection, it is working properly, though the mechanism may differ from what you are used to in the UK. Thank you for noting it — we will make sure to inform future guests. As for the AC, Florida homes rely heavily on air conditioning, and this can make the system more noticeable at times. This is also why we give guests full control of the thermostat so they can adjust it to their comfort. Our mattresses are quite recent and medium‑firm with a pillow‑top, chosen to suit most preferences, though we understand comfort can vary from person to person. The water odor you mentioned most likely came from the kitchen sink’s food disposal, which had likely not been used during your stay. All items have since been checked and addressed by our professional management team to ensure the home remains in excellent condition for future guests.
