Lakefront Designer House in Pine Plains, NY.
Lakefront property at its finest, recently renovated designer house.
Beautiful Twin Island Lake. The peace and tranquillity of a non-motorboat lake is something to truly love & enjoy. Enjoy the large deck that overlooks the beautiful Lake. This is our family summer home and we put much care into ints maintenance; You will find everything in the house of high quality.
A remote sanctuary minutes from the town, this home delivers the much-needed 'Good Life'.
Strictly no smokers, please.
Other things to note
The lake house also offers close proximity to ski resorts (Catamount, Mohawk, Windham, Butternut), terrain parks and many cultural events (Bard Summerscape, Tanglewood, Omega).
Land Conservancy hiking trails or the Appalachian trails are another draw year-round. Stissing Mountain is just a short walk away along with the trails of Thompson Pond and Stissing Lake.
