Tämä toisen kerroksen huoneisto tarjoaa kaiken mitä tarvitset nauttiaksesi Floridan rantalomasta. Tilava pohjaratkaisu on täydellinen viikon poissa kotoa, tilaa jokaiselle perheenjäsenelle. Makuuhuoneessa, jossa erittäin vahva kuningas Sutherland Alton patjasetti, on oma kylpyhuone, tv ja dvd-soitin. Mukautetut käytävällä kerrossängyt, joissa on oma taulutelevisio, ovat täydellisiä lapsille, ja olohuoneessa on vuodesohvalla tilaa 2 hengelle. Toinen kylpyhuone ja oma pesukone ja kuivausrumpu tekevät tästä loistavan yksikön jokaiselle 6-vuotiselle perheelle. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu, ja siellä on oma parveke, jossa pöytä ja tuolit rentouttavalle näkymälle tuulessa. Will be back!

This is our second year at Pelican Isle but first year in this condo. Everything is updated and very nice looking compared to some of the other condos. Overall we were very happy with our stay and plan on booking this condo again next year. Our only complaint is that some of the dishes (the skillets) were very visibly dirty. It looked like the previous guest cooked with them & then just put them away without washing.

As our first time ever being in Florida and renting a condo, we had such an amazing time. The Condo was very well kept, spacious and had all the amenities. The beach was beautiful. The only problem we had with our stay was that we wished we had stayed a few more days. Hoping to be able to return next year, and would definitely stay in 202 again.

The property description was accurate, cleaned and well-maintained.The owner/managers provided great customer service and I would recommend this property to a friends and relatives.2-min walk to the beach.Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The condo appears newly renovated and was fully furnished.Fridge was efficient and made plenty of ice - no ice machine in the building.The washer and dryer was a bit loud, so we started the machines while we were out.Air condition was efficient and had a clean air filter – great signs of good housekeeping.WIFI and Pool was great. I did not get a chance to use the Hot tub, it was always full and during my 5-day stay. I did notice the hot tube water was change during my stay – another great sign of good housekeeping.

View from condo outstanding. Pool and hot tub nice. Condo had all necessary to have a good time. Only thing I missed was a cover to the large fry pan. Otherwise plenty of everything. Tons of books and a few games, although the Yahtzee box was empty. Other than that just perfect. Also nice to be out of the Destin hustle and bustle, yet close enough to enjoy. I did read the previous reviews that said although chairs and umbrella included, folks grab them up quick. This was true. Get yours by 8 a.m., put a towel on it and then you can come back when you are ready. Otherwise you likely wont get one. Had an excellent time, relaxed and cooked and ate fresh gulf seafood, mmmm!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle 202. There were definitely some housekeeping issues that need to be mentioned. I base my decision on a vacation rental and the cleanliness is most important. I got a cup out of the cabinet and there were literal cigarette ashes in it. There was a black ring of bacteria in the toilet. The colander had dried lettuce all in it. The TV wasn’t able to stream, they did promptly replace the remote and that was fixed. The sink in the kitchen stopped up. When I called to report it on a Sunday they told me the maintenance person “may” be able to come today. I had to use the plunger from the bathroom and got it unstopped. I then had to buy cleaning products to clean the sink and the toilet. There were zero cleaning supplies in the unit. It is very bare bones, so be prepared to bring everything! They supply two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels, for a nine day stay. I wish I knew who actually owned this unit, it definitely has the potential to be a great vacation home.
