We had an amazing girls trip! The space was exactly what we needed, clean, convenient to everything, & being right on the beach was perfect. Our only critique is the beds all seemed like they could use new mattresses. We all felt the beds were slightly uncomfortable.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear you had a great vacation overall and appreciated the location and amenities. That said, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered — especially with the toilet and the housekeeping oversight. That’s certainly not the standard we aim to uphold, and we’ll be addressing this with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We also understand the pool area can bring some added noise and appreciate your understanding on that front. Your feedback is valuable, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! My daughter was a high school senior when covid hit last year. After a tough end to the school year and a very different college experience last fall, it was the perfect place to get away from all the changes and uncertainty. My husband, 19yo daughter, 16 yo son, my mother and myself thoroughly enjoyed the condo, the pool, and the beach. The condo was perfect with room for everyone to have their own space. It was clean and nicely furnished. Hope to return there soon.

Construction brought unwanted peats

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful. We stayed only a few hours as the construction on the building brought out unwanted pests. The condo was super clean so don’t feel like it was from anything other then the construction. Brooks and Shorey sent us to another building. We always use B&S and will continue to, just won’t book when construction is going on again.
